I just came across this site via a Google search. I uploaded the pdf that I wanted to make fillable and then I saved it. When I pressed to export it it said that I used up all my credits this month. How? I just found you.
So annoying!
After my terrible experience at PDFfiller, I ended up here. This service worked well, created a better-looking PDF than the one I'd made at PDFfiller, and, best of all, this site is clear about what is free and what is not. You get 3 free downloads per month, I believe, and after that you would have to pay.
This is a totally appropriate way to offer a service, provide a free element, and eventually gain paying customers instead of sending angry people fleeing from you. Well done!
I have been using PDFPro for a number of years. It has all the features I need for my one off tasks that sometimes require conversions or PDF modifications. I haven't had any issue with their software and they have made a lot of recent upgrades which make things even better.
Straight up scam. I've been on this site once and was told I've used up credits (not true because first time using it) after I already edited everything.
I signed up for a paid subscription here. I like their service, they have all the features that I need.
Answer: DocFly (formerly known as PDF Pro) is a legitimate company, we offer both a free service or a paid subscription for more than 3 exports per month.@Mary - you must have used a different website as we do not automatically sign users for a subscription and our site and support is all in English.@Jenna - Something must have gone wrong with your free exports but we do offer 3 free exports to all customers.
Hi Jenna, sorry for your disappointing experience with DocFly - I'm not sure what went wrong here. We do provide 3 free credits for users, without creating an account or becoming a member. We are proud to provide a free service. I hope you'll consider trying out DocFly again.
