Order placed, money paid, outrageous shipping charges added, nothing but "awaiting fulfillment" week after week. No communication at all. Can't get a live person. Opened a dispute with the credit card company because they won't issue a refund. Never doing business with them again!
I usually don't do this, even with bad service. But this is horrible. I ordered a preaching jacket May 6,2022. I was told by their customer service that I wouldn't need expedited shipping because it would arrive by the following Wednesday, May 11. It has not arrived and as of Wednesday evening the status is saying "Awaiting Fulfillment", last update May 6,2022. But today is May 11. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them in the future. Also needless to say I won't have this jacket for the upcoming service which a is special occasion (Founder's Day). I'm seeking a refund.

I have attempted to order from this company twice and both times they accepted the order, but days later as I'm expecting my order, I get an email stating that I'm being refunded. I had to call both times to check the status because it kept saying "awaiting fulfillment." I will never attempt to support this company again!
Divinity Clergy Wear isn't a trusted organization. Because I placed an order on May 13,2022. And I called them on May 15,2022 to check on my order. One of the customer service representatives told me that she would call me back to give me the status of my order. But that never happened at all. So I called back three hours later. And a gentleman told me that my order would being sent out on Wednesday, May 18,2022 and I would receive it on Friday, May 20,2022. So I called them again on today, Wednesday, May 18,2022 to ensure my order was sent it. And I was told that I needed to paid another fee before they sent it out. Please don't try to purchase anything from this Company.

They are selling a Mantoni suit but don't list the style number. I email them twice, they never reply. I call them and they say I was about to respond to your email so I ask them what the style number is, they can't tell me. How are you selling a suit but can't tell me the style number? They say they will contact me back with the information but never did. They can't answer basic questions about their products, and are dishonest about getting back to me with a call or email. They never did reply to any of my emails. Customer service is non-existant. I'm glad I didn't buy anything from them.
A month ago, I ordered a robe from Divinity Clergy Wear with next day delivery. Everything went well with the phone transaction and the item was delivered to my address as promised. Unfortunately, it was a Men's Large. I ordered Ladies Large, so the size difference was obvious. I was unable to use it, so I contacted the company explaining the issue. After 4 emails and a few phone calls, I was told it was the correct robe. I sent a picture of the tags with the SKU number as evidence of it being an item sized for a man. At this point, the company stopped answering. I wanted to exchange for the right item because the quality was excellent, but I was told I would have to pay shipping to return the first one. The error was clearly the fault of the company. I paid overnight shipping, received the wrong size, and was expected to pay for the return as well. I was not asking for a refund since I am the one who put a rush on this request. Somehow, Divinity Clergy Wear wanted me to pay shipping to return what THEY sent in error.
VERY disappointed.
Fast shipping, customer service call me they didn't have one color of a item, i chose another one. Both items fit well on my husband!
Buyers beware! I do suggest you read every word on their website before ordering. OR simply avoid ordering anything from them at all. They are NOT integral, as I have come to read many other similar complaints from past customers.
I placed order ******* totalling $185.14 (*******) for a 3xl robe. When it finally arrived, it was way too small. I am a large man (3xl) and I ordered a 3xl, as all of my robes are 2xl or 3xl. When I tried it on, it would not begin to close, if I closed my hands in front of me, it surley would have ripped the shoulder seem out. There is NO way this is a 3xl.
I called, they said order the next biggest size. I did one better. I ordered a 5xl. (*******) and had to pay another $22.66. My time frame for needing this was closely approaching. It finally arrived and the 5xl was too small, same issue, could not bring hands in front of me, or close robe.
I called, they said they will speak to manager and get back to me. That did not happen. I sent the robe back.
I see that I was refunded $22.66, however the remaining balance of the robe was not credited. When I called they said they do not issue credit refunds only store credit. You do not offer clothing that is true to size and that fits me. I don't need or want a store credit I want a refund.
I have filed a complaint with BBB, and will use all social media sites to share this message.
This is what happens when we allow the world to benefit from the church community. On June 30th I order vestments for my installation out of town. My installation was July 25th. As we got near the convocation I still didn't have my order. Called each week and didn't get an answer. Emailed, and didn't get an answer. It is now 30 past the time I ordered my vestments, and I am now at the convocation with no vestments. I call on Tuesday of that week, and finally get someone on the phone. They assure me that I will get my vestments mailed to me at my hotel. My vestments show up literally in the middle of my installation. Open the box and the vestments are incorrect.
Upon returning home, I call to let them know they sent the wrong size in some articles, and some incorrect articles. I was sent a return address slip to return, and I sent the wrong items back. This is early august. It is now Dec 31st and I have yet receive my items. I spoke with them almost once a week and have received multiple excuses and have explained my situation to the same person each time I called. The last time on Nov 30th, I clearly explained that they should ship it to me at my home address, and they even repeated back to me my address... I called today to see why something that stated 2 days was my wait time has not arrived, come to find out THEY SHIPPED IT TO THE CITY WHERE THE CONVOCATION WAS AT. Now they want me to call fedex to fix it... no I will not. I asked for my money back and they are doing everything they can not to give it to me. Shameful business
