Save yourself a lot of trouble and shop somewhere else. They don't have the product advertised. If they can't get it you'll lose your money. Shopping with them is like betting on a horse, you hope to win but most likely lose.

I ordered some items in April 2021 from Dive Stock. Items had not arrived by July 2021. Dive Stock said they would refund but it never happened. Had to open dispute via PayPal and was only refunded the cost of the goods, not the shipping. I have lost Euro 34 in shipping that never arrived or was used! Dive Stock won't reply to emails etc anymore. Go with someone else who is trustworthy.

Do not purchase anything from this company. Standard procedure is to take your money then nothing happens. Then when you complain they promise a refund. The refund never comes. I paid for a hooded vest. They said it was out of stock. On their website it is still listed as 'in stock'. They promised a refund but it never came. Woeful communication and terrible service. Simply a scam site buried in Eastern Europe.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered a sidemount kit. 2 months later, nothing received. No order confirmation.
No shipping tracker number. Just an amount taken from my credit card. When I contacted support, they said it would be another month. I requested a refund. Another month gone and still no refund received. No sidemount rig received. Nothing more heard from customer 'service'.

I have experienced this directly and contacted them several times... first time a reply to say they were awaiting items (someone named 'Merilin'. Since then, no reply and now the reply email is being rejected.
Please don't waste your money, as there is no good deal here; it's a complete scam... and unfortunately it has worked for a while it seems...
They obviously provide no proper receipts.

I have been waiting over 4 months they just bull$#*!ting to me by email, and then I came across trustpilot site with so many people saying they got scammed.
So angry, now they dont even reply to emails.

I've ordered a Suunto D4F from them and after 1 month of waiting they failed to ship out and told me item is not available. But you can check it on their website right now and you'll see it's posted as available. When I asked them to return my money, they have too many excuses and told me to wait for 40 days. Until finally they said I have to wait until May. I was trying to ask for a replacement for fins but they don't want to reply. Totally scammer, stay away and don't let your money be wasted. I have all our emails and conversations to prove. These guys are legit scammers.

Update:
I just want to be fair with the company, I received the refund on my April bank statement. And just so you know, yes, I've lost around 20USD for transaction fee and currency conversion.

I'd ordered smart apnea watch from 2 months. I should received my shipment within 2 -3 weeks?! The surprise here after sending many mails to get the confirmation they sent refunded mail?! I have all mails to prove to anyone

That was pretty good to cancel my account, LOL, I am just soooo glad I have all emails you have stating it will be 30 days, 50 days, so sorry our computer must be down... I place in order with DiveStock.com in APR2021 Correct order number #XXXXXX1; they did not say nothing about being out of stock until 4 weeks in, so I canceled order on May 27 2021; Merilin Viira at DiveStock.com has been no help, full of reasons why I still have not received my credit for canceling order, after almost 7 months; I thought I would be able to work with her; but now I know she is showing your company as being a scam or she is the scam. Please help. I am USA US Navy and reported to USN JAG and reported to PAYPAL Master CARD.
