After talking to different reps and explaining how desperate I was to receive the lenses Asap, - as they have been my primary corrective device for 40 years- no one informed me the fedex 2 day option and I've been waiting for 2 + weeks using "expedited" service. My vision with glasses is blurry due to astigmatism and my driving unsafe. Some one should have offered that option after I called repeatedly to find out why they had not arrived in 3 to 4 days. Outrageous. Never again. Poorly run company with inferior customer service.

I uploaded multiple perscriptions on 1 image, as they don't allow you to add multiple images, and they only read one of them and denied the rest. My order was stuck in limbo for a week as they couldn't figure out that I have multiple perscriptions on one image. I could not even cancel the order, and customer support never responded to my multiple emails with each image separated and extremely detailed explanation. NEVER AGAIN

Shortly after ordering my contacts, I got an email that what I ordered was out of stock and would be delayed by 5 to 7 business days. However, when I called to check, it was going to take much longer. They were unwilling to change my order to boxes with a different quantity for the same price. I ASKED if it was too late to cancel, and the response I received was, "Your order has been canceled. The email has been sent." Customer service people were rude and not helpful. I would never trust this company to get your contacts to you in a timely fashion and they just don't care.

This is the second time it has taken them more than a week to ship my contact lens order. No product could be easier to pack and ship and yet it takes them a full week to get these out. It's infuriating. Other online lens retailers are much faster, so I won't be using Discount Contact Lenses again.

Tip for consumers:
Plan for at least a week for your order to even ship.

They won't even acknowledge or reply to emails regarding issues with the order. They advertise returns as part of their policy but won't even reply. Stay away from this company.

Discount Contact lenses sent me a new order after USPS lost the delivery. Spent a week dealing with the post office, so I emailed the company. No hassle, nothing more than two emails. They sent out the new order the evening of. Just be nice to the service staff, and they'll be nice to you. And some issues might be with the post office, and not with them. I had a good experience.

When you order your lenses, it says you will get them in 2-3 days. Immediately after you pay, you get another email saying oh gosh, we don't have your lenses maybe you'll get them in 10 days.
Even after 10 days, they still hadn't sent them.
Never got them, ended up cancelling the order
AVOID

After spending substantial time checking current prices for Alcon Air Optix Aqua, I was steered to discountcontactlenses.com by a review site based on lowest available price. Did the research to verify that company is legitimate - it appears to be. Found that the price for AO Aqua as stated on the site was not lower than two vendors that I have used previously. However, the site tried to tease me with a promise to e-mail a 10% off coupon - passed. Site showed a special price (rebate) for AO Aqua + HydraGlyde. (My Optometrist had suggested I go with this variation, since there are special promotional prices this year.) Started to place the order to see how the rebate would by applied. Site listed a coupon code for this rebate. When I entered the coupon code to get a price recalculation, the site indicated "This Coupon Code is Invalid." Thanks for wasting my time. Order not placed. Will need to start over when time allows. Online ordering from this company appears to be a shell game or sorts - not recommended.

I ordered my lenses over 2 months ago. Customer service was
Quick to reply but was not forth coming with information regarding my
Order. I waited patiently for 1 month and then contacted customer
Service as the status of my order had not updated in that time. I was
Informed in the return correspondence that my order would have to be
Reordered and they would expedite shipping. No explanation as to why it
Would have to be reordered. At this point I was irritated because I had
Placed this order 2 months in advance of when I needed them. So another
Few weeks passes. I've received nothing and again the status on my order
Has not changed from lenses ordered. So I contact customer service
Again, this time letting them know I was getting more than a little
Frustrated. I received a phone call from AC lens (which I'm guessing is
Their parent company) and a voicemail stating that there was a problem
With my order and to please call them. I returned the phone call. The
Person I spoke with sounded very bored to be doing this and then stated
That they can't make my contacts because (insert her mumble explanation
Here that I couldn't understand). I asked why I was not informed of this
When I placed my order back at the beginning of October. This person
Didn't answer my question and just said do you want us to contact your
Doctor? I replied "Why? I don't understand. I provided the prescription
From my doctor's office." Again no reply from the customer service rep.
So I just told her to cancel my order. This was a horrible experience
And now I'm out of luck with having my contacts by the time I needed
Them. I have yet to receive my refund so I can't say whether or not they
Are forth coming with refunding your money. I will update if I receive

I have purchased my contact lenses at Discountcontactlenses for many years. They are one of the cheapest websites out there. The product is as advertised and has ALWAYS arrived on time on all my purchases. The company is located in OH and I live in WA state, on average shipping takes about 4-7 days with free shipping via USPS. On a couple of occasions, because I was very low on supply and needed to leave on vacation, I used their 2-day FedEx which cost about $13 (you will need to call customer service for this option). Their customer service is prompt and courteous (on the phone or email). The bottom line is you will get the product at the price that you see on their website delivered in a timely fashion. A company that always does what it says it is going to do is the bottom line when making purchases on the internets.
