As many reviews stated skeptical about device becoming unlocked, since I spent over 100 hrs on the phone with Xfinity to get them to unlock my Motorola Ace one 5. Three years later I seen this app service and thought I why not. Please read the app tabs print to be aware of service & unlocking code fees ( from carrier). The great news is the staff was communicative assuring to wait the suggested time to unlock divice. So I did and they held true to their service word. Thank you, we are using the phone with a new carrier.

This is a scam. Please don't waste your time or money by visiting this site. Nowhere on their advertising page does it mention that you will be charged an additional $50.00 to complete the service. When I asked for a refund, they hit me with some nonsense about agreeing to the terms on the checkout page. I am extremely disappointed at this slick way of tricking people into spending some initial money upfront while charging you an additional fee to complete the full service.

The website was very easy to navigate and very fast. I was able to unlock my 11 max pro with at&t for under $400. Before making payment, I read reviews from customers and all of them gave very positive reviews which reduced my suspicion about this service. To unlock the phone, five days were asked. Interesting thing is, it is easy to track. It took six days for fixing because it seemed to be complicated. However they acknowledged for delay. I was skeptical at best when I found Direct Unlocks via a Google search, my bank even flagged the purchase as suspicious... But I took the risk anyway, and could not be happier! Took a few days to get my schedule to align with the technician from India, but once connected it took him less than 10 minutes to get my Verizon phone unlocked and working on the Total Wireless Sim. Was a little pricey for the live technician service, but still saved me from having to buy the same phone from Total for $499...

The website is vague abd full of hidden fees. They won't allow you to pay with credit and make you pay with debit so that it's harder to get your money back from your bank. 100% scam, fraud and extortion. The average unlock, from them, is over $200. They made me pay $28.99, $50, then tried to make me pay $193. It's not worth it.

This company is the biggest scam ignore all them fake reviews you'll wait 7 days to get a letter saying they can't unlock it and you'll only get $80 in credit they won't even give you a refund after lying about their services not to mention they charge you $30 then $50 after you pay the $30 so if you decide to cancel you just got scammed out of $30 this company should be shut down and every single employee should be sued down to their last penny.

Phone locked out after a factory reset. Pay about 100 to unlock with their service and what do you know only after getting my 100 do they 'uncover' it will need another 300. I gave it up and the phone was unlocked but it felt quite bad how they could not 'know' this upfront and just be honest then. In the end it worked out but leaving a bad taste in my mouth and let my experience serve as a warning to you. The money and big words they throw around up front to hook you may be followed by having to follow with significant more money to get there.

Their terms and service agreement is not clear. They have a small fee that they pull you in with where they say they are unlocking the phone, but afterward, once you are on the hook, there is an additional MUCH larger fee they charge to actually do the unlock. The first one was a "unlock checkup" to see if your phone was eligible to use their service. Then, they make you wait a few weeks for the unlock only to tell you that your phone is actually unlock-able. In addition, their refund is actually only a credit to use on their site. Absolutely dishonest "service".

Tip for consumers:
All the positive reviews that constantly pop up on the bottom as you are on the site seem a little suspect.

The initial fee you paid was for an Eligibility Check to ensure your iPhone SE could be unlocked from StraightTalk USA. Once an iPhone is confirmed as eligible, the second payment is for the actual Standard Unlock. Details of these two stages and their costs are provided before any payment is taken, as outlined on the checkout page.

Our terms make it clear that the Eligibility Check is non-refundable, as it is a service that is conducted immediately upon payment. However, we do understand that the unlocking process can sometimes be prolonged and may not result in a successful unlock for phones that are found to be "Hard-Locked."

Regarding your phone's "Hard-Locked" status, as per our policy, standard services that fail because the phone is hard-locked by the network will be refunded in the form of a Credit Note, as reflected in the policy statement:

Cant get money back. They wanted 260€ to unlock. Support is an AI chat bot. No human is available. This scammers need to be sued! Every site is full of fake reviews! Attached you see the bot admitting its an AI.

It was the most terrifying horrible service you could ask for they say how quick they can get unlocking for your phone is a lie. You have to wait 40 hours for them to find your unlocking software to unlock your phone. Absolutely appalling. Absolutely not recommended to anyone I could go to London and come back and they still not unlocked my phone Their excuses you have to wait the full 40 hours for them to receive or get you the locking software. The cost was out of the roof, not worth every penny.

They charge you 2 times. They dont unlock your cell. Just after 10 days says its imposible to do it and give you a credit note. There is nobody in the other side. All the aswers are made from chatgtp. Dont waste your money with this company. They are fraud and scam
