Bought the tickets only 1 week prior to the event and arrived within 24h to my Fifa tickets app, was a risky move cause I needed the ticket code to get my Hayya card but worked just fine!
Trustworthy site to buy football tickets. Should have been possible to select area/block insted of just longside/shortside.
I bouth tickets for the FA CUP FINAL. Overall an excellent service. Tickets arrived on time and I will deffo buy from them again. Highly recommended.
I bought 3 tickets last year for March 7/8th inter milan match. Due to coronavirus outbreak the season stopped and matches never got played. But instead of refunding me my money on the tickets. They responded with "we dont refund postponed matches". Conning company and had me out of £100 worth of tickets for a match that never played.

I ordered four tickets in FootballTicket.net. Their service was great enough. They keep me updated all the time by mail and phone call and provided the tickets timely. It was just amazing.
J ai commandé 2 places pour mon fils et mon mari. Je me suis faite avoir le match est tombé en plein confinement. J ai perdu 285 euros je n ai aucune réponse du service client ni aucun remboursement c est inadmissible! Surtout ne pas commander chez eux.
I ordered my tickets through "direct football tickets.com". Customer service was great to make sure that your transaction goes through but when you didn't get your tickets and we tried to call and email them then they didn't contact you back.the game was canceled due to Catalonia protesting in Spain. They postponed the game for two month later in December. We couldn't buy flight tickets and we couldn't take off from work. We asked them to send us our tickets so we can resell them to friend or family member. Instead they re-sold our tickets. We never got our tickets not through our email not through mail. We contacted them until hour before game starts they never answered us back. I wish We listened to all the bad reviews about this website before I ordered my tickets.we paid $1500 USD.
They don t respect their own terms and conditions.If anything goes wrong they do not refound orders.

I bought tickets for the Barcelona v Real Madrid match on 26th October. The match was postponed due to the riots before they had sent me the tickets.
They had already said they were unable to deliver the tickets to the UK before I departed to Barcelona (just 2 days before the match) and that I would have to collect them from the hotel that I was staying at.
They will be able to get a full refund on the tickets and sell them for the rearranged match but despite this they say I will get no refund.
Absolutely terrible service, do not buy under any circumstances.
Bought one ticket for the 2019 Champions League final 4 weeks before the game, and they canceled the ticket, 2 days before the game, as I was about to board a flight to Madrid.
It's not guaranteed. Don't buy from them!

I bought 5 ticket, the seats wasnt like the resevation, the seperate beetween me and my little kids, the customer service dont answer, and the didnt give a refound acoording to the policy. Stay away. Dont buy
Bought some tickets for Barcelona - Madrid last Christmas and everything went as expected. The tickets were waiting for us in the hotel, and we even got upgraded seats. Good experience, recommended.
