We bought tickets to Valencia game. We paid 360+25 euros. We asked to seat close together and and to be close to the field- we got non!
We waited for ever for the tickets, we had to remind them few times to send us the tickets. When the tickets arrived we saw that they cost only 117 per tickets while we paid 180 per tickets. Not only that, the seats were not together, we each got a seat far away from the other. When we asked them about it, their solution was that we will ask other people to swap seats. Their costumer service is horrible, dont buy from this website!
After some previous bad experiences I can only say Ive finally found a trustworthy website where I can buy my tickets (great prices as well!). They took away all my concerns at the first call. 5 * specially to Simon!
We really enjoyed the game in Barcelona, will definitely buy from you again on our next trip. Good job, keep it up!
