Really bad quality book and took forever to ship to Canada.
Also the graphics were from the 80's. I purchased a personalized Christmas book for my niece and I decided that the book was so horrible that I didn't even give it to her!
There are a lot better personalized children books out there online, check out "I see me" instead.

Update: - Hi After seeing the Sitejabber post a rep from Dinkleboo has contacted me via email and said that they have now sorted the order! Cant see why it didn't happen first time round but seems to have been resolved - lets hope the book is safely received

I attempted to order a book using a Groupon voucher even paid thed delivery charge by PayPal after payment the Dinkleboo site said PayPal had rejected the payment but it's been taken from my account - so my order has not been processed even though I've paid Groupon and PayPal - sent reports to both but no answers - very frustrating! I've ordered from Dinkleboo for the last 5 years. The personalized name tag stickers are PHENOMENAL for labeling their bookbags, lunchboxes, inside winter boots/gym shoes, etc. The durability is wonderful and they stay stuck as they should.

Initially I got along great with this company. I ordered some personalised Christmas Tree decorations and they arrived in good time, were good quality... I was impressed. Then I made the mistake of ordering and second time and even though I waited several months for my order, was promised my order was re-produced as I never received it and was assured time and time again by the company that my order was on it's way to me, I finally got hold of a decent member of staff who admitted my order was never sent. I got a full refund, if you dont include the three months they had my money for for absolutely nothing, but after that when I asked for the complaints addressed I've been flat out ignored! They wont even respond to me now!
I'm glad that I'm not the only one who has been messed around by this company, but at the same time I'm sorry that others have gone through the same terrible experience.
Awful company, will never, ever use again and advise all to stay away from these ignorant liars!

I would like to take a look into what exactly happened and why your reorder was never sent at the time of your inquiry and which of our staff members was assuring you that your order was on it's way when another rep could clearly see that it was not.

I am very sorry to hear that you did not like the storybook you purchased. There is an option to preview the book online during the build process. Please provide feedback if you experienced problems with that tool. We do have over 30 book titles to choose from that are all from different writers and graphic artists. We would be happy to help you select another title that you may find more appealing. Shipping into Canada seems to have returned to the standard transit times so it shouldn't take too long to get another title up to you if you like.
