My Sky3ds+ is brought from digimartz.com It come with the latest firmware V112. After tested, it can play the new released 3ds game Bravely Second - End Layer, so excited! A very nice shopping with digiamrtz! Will collect this site for future use.
I ordered a R4i gold 3ds lash month. The card works well. The shipping takes about 10 days ( I expected it would be 7 days). As for the free shipping, It is acceptable.
I ordered a gateway 3ds from the site ever and everything was okay, and just as it join the official reseller list. Should be not a fraud site.
I purchased a supercard dsonei last week thru paypal. I didn't email regarding my order status from digimartz so after few days I sent an email. Tina/Sophia replied telling me my order is out of stock and that I should find a replacement order. I told them I do not need anything else besides from what I ordered and suggested that if an item is out of stock then they should indicate that in their website so not to waste anyone's time. I demanded for a refund. I waited for 3 days for their response but nothing further. Without wasting time, I filed a complaint to paypal yesterday. Paypal refunded my money today. Did not even wait for the seller to respond. I figured that they must have received a lot of complaints about DIGIMARTZ or may have read consumer reviews. Thank you for these posts very helpful to stop fraudulent activities in the web.
My biggest mistake I bought an ACEKARD 2i with 4gb mmc thru paypal. At first, they kept on telling me that my order will arrive in 15 days, 1 month passed. The lady on email Tina and sophia asked me to wait for 1 more month. I waited for 2 months and they stopped replying to my email. I kept on emailing them and they asked for proof that I did not receive the item. I have mailed them a "written letter from the post office". Now they are not replying me at all. No response and its almost going to be 3 months. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
I was swindled and then ignored by Digimartz! Their customer Service is a (BAD) Joke!
I bought an R4DS w/ 2GB MicroSD Slot-1 Combo by R4 for Nintendo DS (Lite)from Digimartz about 18 months ago and paid them through Paypal.The item never arrived and at first there were a number of e-mail communications promising me that my order was definitely on its way. Then all communication became oneway as they have been ignoring all my recent e-mails for the past year. I am particularly angry that I was naieve enough to believe their stalling lies beyond the deadline where I could have made a claim through Paypal. I can only surmise that this tactic is to preserve the Digimartz status at Paypal by keeping the number of claims for non delivery of their products down. I just want to warn others and appreciate the opportunity to do so. I don't expect this to have a major impact because Digimartz is a cheap seller and this is all that people see but when it comes to customer service they are firmly on the Nasty side of Cheap and Nasty. I will never buy from them again. Worst experience in internet commerce ever!.

Bought 6 NDS R4 cards bundled with 2Gb microSD cards. R4 cards were fine, but microSD cards were fakes. Only held 128Mb. Customer service was SO rude. I wasn't even asking for a refund or replacement (not worth shipping them back), just wanted to let them know.
Avoid like the plague.
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! - This website has provided me with the worst service ever. I bought a new screen for my PSP and when I got it, it didn't work so I tried e-mailing them on several occasions to tell them and after the 7th e-mail they finally contacted me saying all their products are verified to work but I made it clear what the problem was and that it didnt work and again no answer. So I e-mailed them once a week for 3 MONTHS to tell them I want my money back and finally they responded saying I couldn't return it and after fighting it another 4 MONTHS, they finally gave me a return address so I sent it back waited 2 MONTHS and still didn't get my money back so I e-mailed them to find out what's going on with my refund and their response after the 3rd e-mail was that the screen was returned damaged so they could not provide a refund. I went crazy letting them know that's why it was returned and so on and so forth. So I said OK since they are not giving me my money back return the screen to me and I will figure something out and they told me NO and they don't want anymore contact with me and that this matter is resolved.
