I had a lot of questions that were promptly answered every single time and usually within a couple hours. So for that I was greatly impressed. I was also impressed with how quick I received the engagement ring I ordered, my only wish is that you guys would provide free resizing outside of the 30 days that I was given. Obviously as long as there's proof it was indeed purchased by you. I haven't proposed yet and was under the impression getting the ring May take two weeks so I tried to time it right so that I still had 30 days from the time I pop the question. But received the ring so fast that I'll be way over my 30 days by the time that happens in mid August. Overall I'm pretty happy and I hope she will be too!
