I ordered the heart pendant and it arrived promptly and was beautiful. I wanted something pretty but with a 14 kt gold chain. I contacted customer service to inquire about a longer length and they were able to accommodate and I paid the difference. Would definitely buy from them again.

From start to finish my experience with Agape was smooth and easy. Since I ordered a lab grown it was going to take a little longer to receive my order. I contacted customer service because I wanted to see about getting my ring sooner then expected because I was going to be traveling when it was to arrive. They said they could see if it could get out soon- which I understood, but they did it! I received the most stunning ring, thank you so much.
Very brilliant and flawless diamond engagement ring I bought. 1-½ center is vvs2 quality and beautiful. 2 round.45carat off to side just as brilliant. I wouldn't shop anywhere else, price was on point and ring beautiful. Settings are perfect near flawless in every way. 280 likes on it as she shared a pic on social media the very next day.

30 day return policy is a complete fraud. Cutting a string is not cutting a tag. How is someone going to try on a ring without trying it on? Horrible customer service. Website had me believing I was buying a lab manufactured diamond for my girl friend. She took it to a jeweler and he said the diamond was in fact glass. My girl friend was absolutely furious and rightfully so. Agape employees should all be sent to jail for theft. Degusting.
