This company says they are lab created dimonds, my prong on my center stone came lose and I need to get it fixed before my wedding. We took it to a jewlers and they checked the "dimonds" they are NOT lab created or a dimonds. They are glass CZ this is a ripoff for how much was paid under false advertisement.

I bought a 1.5 carat pendant and earrings for my fiancé. Very disappointed we couldn't return because tags were removed. These jewelry items have no sparkle or shine. They look like cut glass. Waste of money1,100.00

SORRY, I WASNT THRILLED WITH THE SETTING AS THE BACK CASING TOOK AWAY THR CRISP CURVE ON THE TOP OF THE HEART, ITSELF MAKING IT APPEAR MORE ROUNDED!

I had some issues with my order and customer service was right on top of it to help me out! Got my rings and earrings and they are beautiful!

Unfortautely these are beautiful but too big for my liking. Have not had the greatest experience with customer service. Beware the post on these earring are larger than normal. I have never had an earring not go through my holes and actually hurt when pushing through. I was told they have smaller post, but that it requires that i do not get the screw-back type (which i really like because I'm a busy mom always running and working. When i requested a refund they stated i could not as i had taken off the tag (in order to try them on). My only option is an exchange. So i am exchanging for a set that is a bit smaller (1.25 rather than 2.0 k) as well as friction back rather than the screw-back. Disappointed again unfortunately there is no credit of $ as they are calling it an even exchange although im going from 2.0 to 1.25. Lastly, when returning the earring via mail, it is at customers expense and the require it to be insured and signature required... yet when we received in the mail it was not signature required?...

Overall, Just not as happy as I would like to have been with the Christmas gift of a new set of earring.

This is one of the most beautiful roses I've seen! To know that it was a live rose in the beginning makes it even more special to me!

STAY AWAY FROM THE SITE AGAPE DIAMONDS: Do not trust the reviews on these. These are over the top expensive for SIMULATED diamonds. They are not real diamonds - as in lab grown or natural. I believed they were lab grown when I looked them up to buy lab grown princess stud earrings as a gift. They do say simulated in the description, but it is fine print and pretty much spiced up cubic zirconia. They came with fake IGI certification to cover up the fact that they are selling something extremely overpriced and dishonest.

Most of the stuff on this site should be $50-$100, but the company is scamming you. I also wanted to return them past the 30 day period in which I recieved an email to exchange. I called the one lady that answered the phone and she explains she can not exchange them for the same amount, which is absurd, and only promises an upgrade - essentially taking more money from you. Stay away from this place and their horrible customer service and scam products. No company should be successful off of dishonesty and unfair practices.

I also wanted to submit a review on their website but it is submitted to be "moderated." Again, all the honest reviews are deleted so nothing on the site is true.

Well the n only gripe i have is FEDEX! Please do not use them to ship they sucl and they delayed the shipment 3 times...UPS is always on time. Thank you

I had not heard of lab created diamonds before and was about to spend 3x's more to surprise my fiance' but she was looking through FB and saw an ad for Agape and showed me something she liked (not knowing I was already looking)
Ordering from the site was easy and I only wish there was faster shipping as it took a while to arrive but otherwise I would buy again
