Agape Diamonds

Shopping was easy. The heart pendent was gorgeous. My only critique would be that I only had the choice of white gold for a setting and for the chain. The girlfriend still loved it.

I ordered from these people with overnight delivery. I understood having ordered on a Saturday that overnight may mean Monday. Monday came and went with no package as well as Tuesday. I contacted them and asked about a refund and was told no that it was my problem not theirs. I did not pay Fed X. They paid Fed X and I paid them for a service that wasn't rendered, I will never buy from these people again. Their customer service is non-caring and basically just tells you in a polite way. It's your problem.

I got my stud earrings last year and I finally had the time and I went to my jeweler to purchase something so I asked them to clean the earring for me and I was told that it's cubic zirconia and not a lab grown diamond so I am a little torn right now.

If you are looking for something that looks like a diamond and is a REAL diamond, try LAB-CREATED DIAMONDS. Agape Diamonds are VERY EXPENSIVE CZs; they are fake and look fake as well. I am embarrassed that I made such a stupid purchase!

Was great! The ring is beautiful and my fiancé loved it. We are getting married and this was the best ring for the price. Easy and quick response and delivery was quick and on time. She loved the free set of earrings also. What a great deal!

I was overall pleased with my purchase. But, I felt that maybe a nicer 14k white gold quality chain would be included with such a beautiful pendant. I have switched out the chain with another necklace that I own that compliments the pendant

There was some great pictures on the site that I believed I knew well enough how the ring would look. It is very gorgeous, more than I thought it would be. It is very shiny and the 14k is great.

Hi, I received my stone and it was intended to replace my chipped center Stone on my weeding ring. While it is beautiful my jeweler found a chip and some scratches on the surface. The chip will be covered my the new shank/prong and the scratches aren't visible with the naked eye so I told her to go ahead a set it. Gotta say I am a little disappointed in the quality though. I know it's man made but for 450.00 I expected a better quality. Just an FYI. I don't want to sent it back and try again so I'll make it work. Thank you for your time.

My husband purchased a beautiful ring for our anniversary and I'm absolutely in love with it. The ring arrived in a beautiful package, and in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier!

When my ring arrived the marquise center stone was of such poor quality I couldn't wear it. I sent a message to customer service which basically said "It needed to be cleaned". Instead of arguing with them I went to Ludovic Jewlery and purchased an exceptional eye-popping moissanite loose stone and had it mounted in the setting I got from Agape.

My ring was even more exquisite than I could've ever imagined this was the only ring I wanted and it did not disappoint it it beyond beautiful im completely infatuated Thank you so so very much

I was surprised by the quality of the product and had exactlywhat I needed. I had questions about the return policy and the customer service was great.

I was deceived by the terminology used on the site thinking I was buying a lab grown diamond. All the rings are CZ (confirmed by my jeweler). I think some of their loose diamonds may be lab created. Buyer beware!

I will recommend Agape to anyone who is looking for a manufactured stone.

I purchased a ring from these people… I remove the security tag from the ring Because it was a gift… I did retain the tag…. They have 100% return guarantee… I called them to return the ring because it was nothing like they represented… They would not take this ring back because I took the security piece of paper off of it… Don't buy with these people! I would not give it even one Star If I had a choice… go to a vending machine and buy a ring… you will be Happier with it…
