I did not know this was a simulated diamond when I ordered it. My wife loved it and I did tell her that it was a simulated diamond and if she wanted to return it we could, but she loved it so much she wanted to keep it! Thanks for your quality product.

I decided to return the necklace and wrote in to ask for the return label. I clearly stated that I wanted a refund not a replacement. I received an email back assuming I wanted a replacement. I wrote back again to refund. Finally, I received not one but two emails one that said a return label would be sent and one that send a replacement would be sent. I wrote back again to clarify. I sent in the package Monday 99/19 and have yet to receive my refund. I wrote to Agape at the end of last week to ask if they received the package and they did write back but explain it would be some time before I saw the refund.

The service was very good and I even had a followup call verifying my address and shipment after I had placed my order. The shipping was fast and the diamond is beautiful

The set I bought was not the set I received. They could not and would not make the set offered on their site. Wasted 3 weeks of our life waiting on something they didn't even have

The setting was off on one of the sides of diamonds, flush on one side and sticking out on the other, making the solitaire look like it was cut poorly but it was the setting that was poor quality

My Fiance said the setting she liked reminded her of princess crowns, that was the cincher for her. I liked that it held a 2 carat center with two. 5 carat sides, in VVS-1 quality. %20 off it was about $1,500, then when I went to checkout I noticed a Special Promotion; giving away two 1 carat, also Princess cut stud earings, with each engagement ring purchase! I got an almost unbelievable deal! Woot!

BUYER BEWARE! They are a SCAM! I ordered and paid $1100 for a ring that is poorly constructed. The band is cheap and tawdry and will easily break after wear and tear. (Look at their photo ads and my photos of actual ring) I tried the ring on and immediately returned it in it's box and alerted AGAPE of my intention to return the ring. ALL the documents for the ring were included back in the box. They are REFUSING to REFUND me the money because the cheap, tiny, plastic band that I had to remove to try on the ring was not included. It is a weak excuse and way for them to continue their CON. Look them up with BBB.
