Agape Diamonds

I ordered my ring, then a day or so went by and I changed my mind. Customer service was super helpful and easy to work with. They let me decide on exactly what I wanted then quickly got it done and shipped to me. I am in love with my new wedding set!

I love real diamonds but I cannot always afford exactly what I want so I started researching sites for lab made diamonds and came across Agape Diamonds. Their reviews were better then most so I took a gamble and lost TWICE. In all fairness, their service was responsive but the product is fake lookings it's embarrassing. I returning things because when I make a decision it's done. I couldn't wait to get my ring. I finally got it and took it out of the box and had the Fedex guy cut off my tag so I could really admire my ring. I then noticed a large line through the center stone... My bad my fault I didn't look at the return policy- It is my responsibility- I then decided to exchange it for a tennis bracelet to wear on long side my real one. The real one was 1/2 the carats that Agape offered so I was excited about having two different size bracelets on my wrist. Then I got it. Shook my head and felt sick. I have been taken again. These are not real looking rings or bracelets. The bracelet is light unlike my real one and the stones look like glass. They look fake and you can guy what they are selling on EBAY for a fraction of the cost. I am so mad at myself but very very mad at the sellers as I find it impossible that the reviews about their product is real. I would not buy from these people.

Too many questions. But I had a great experience having felt the need to question the extent of the gold. Received promptly a perfect assurance/understanding with also an offer to switch out the product if I had any misgivings. Thank you Agape!

The product looked fine I thought I was purchasing lab grown diamonds. As they were not I returned the product via fed ex. Tracking number **************. I have no qualms about your service or product. I was confused by the site producing that item as a result when I selected lab grown diamonds. I'm sure whomever wants simulated diamonds will be pleased with the product.

It's interesting to note that this business has received both very high marks for its products along with some quite low ratings. My experience has been most positive. That experience includes purchases of ten diamonds and a 14ct chain. Every order has resulted in an excellent product. Order to receipt-of-order is generally one week. Items are always shipped carefully and properly. Jewelers working with the products I have acquired from Agape Diamonds have shared my high regard for Agape's product quality and concurred with the appraisals that accompanied the items. I can only relate to my experience with this company. It is 100% positive. I have no affiliation with this company. Customer service was outstanding, with less than a week to wedding, I had to send ring for resizing! Agape followed thru perfectly like they said, got the ring in time for the ceremony! Thank you!

I love, love, love, my conflict-free ring. Face it, we all like shiny objects and blingage but don't want the ethical concerns attached to natural grown diamonds and the price. I was so happy to find Agape Diamonds 3 years ago and so my hubby and I started planning for our 5 year anniversary. Well, here we are today, still in love and celebrating our 5th year wedding anniversary and the hubs surprised me with this beauty today. Great work, diamondslabcreated.com. Happy customer!

Online wouldn't accept order had to call customer service and they were helpful. Was disappointed in the misleading wording. Thought I got a lab grown Diamond. Got a simulated one. Verbiage was misleading on the site. Would prefer more education and transparency

Agape was good but Katapolt wouldn't except the card my social security goes onto so had to open bank account and transfer money then they screwed up when payments were to start but have been working with me

I ordered earrings and they are beautiful. I have never ordered lab created diamonds before so wanted to stay at a lower price point before jumping into a higher quality, so thought Agape Diamonds would be a good start. So far, the earrings are amazing. The color and sparkle are beautiful and all of my friends noticed them right away and commented on how amazing they are. I am a big jewelry person and have wholesale contacts for my jewelry, so I know good quality. Time will tell as I have only had them for a couple of days and I am curious as to how they will wear with exposure to a pool, sunscreen, hairspray, outside elements, etc and how well they clean.

Unfortunately I lost my original wedding ring we purchased from Agape. It was by far my favorite ring and had been repaired a few times before. My new ring is a beautiful upgrade and I'm very happy with it!

I didn't realize when I placed my order that they were going to be made for me and that shipping was not immediate. None the less I did receive my earrings and they are beautiful

It was a great experience no issues no problems the ring arrived when it said it would arrive. And packaging was very classy and ring was more beautiful than I could imagine. Picture didn't do it any justice. Free gift was very nice. I'm completely satisfied and would recommend and use again.

Just as advertised. A beautiful diamond at a very affordable price. Have not had a chance to start on the ring yet sadly so the true beauty has yet to be appreciated.

If you think you are buying a lab grown diamond and you are a novice on the subject, their marketing materials do nothing to discourage the notion. In fact, they are designed to lead you to that conclusion. The stone fell out of our engagement ring after several months. We took it to a jeweler for repair and he showed us that it was made of some unidentifiable material, most likely CZ! We feel absolutely ripped off.
