Agape Diamonds

When I called customer service to ask for help picking out bands to match my engagement ring purchased at AD, I told them my idea of what I wanted which wasn't the suggested bands for my ring. The Rep put me on hold, she went to the showroom and placed the bands on her finger with my style ring and came back saying WOW it looked amazing and matched up very well with the ring. When both customer service and product match in quality it says a lot about Agape Diamonds. Highly recommend them if you are seeking both for that special someone! AD made me feel like a special someone, that's for sure!

The postal service delivery was not satisfactory. The package required a signature. When coming to my house I watched the postal delivery person out the window fill out a small form and place it in my mailbox. They made no effort to get out of their vehicle and knock on the door to fulfill delivery. This forced me to track the package down days later at the post office so I could sign for it.

I was a little skeptical buying diamonds off the internet. These earrings were absolutely beautiful and the price is just unbelievable for what I got. I recommend to anyone.

This is my first time purchasing an Agape Diamond, but it definitely won't be the last. I'm am super impressed by the clarity and similarities to an earth diamond.

My wife recently lost a stud earring and needed a replacement. This pair was an upgrade in size; each one has a cut that sparkles and fits just right.

The sales person was excellent (Jackie)…very helpful and supportive. Delivery took longer than expected…in part due to the Holidays, would have liked to have a more clear communication on expected delivery. FedEx also was very difficult. Promised by noon deliver and at 12:30…they changed delivery by end of day. We did t know what this meant and could not get any help. We had to stay at home waiting on the ring. It was delivered around 2pm. It all worked out and we are happy with the product. Thank you.

All the time I refer friends and family to Agape. My wedding set is going strong and absolutely gorgeous 6 years now. Everyone compliments me on my ring when I'm out and about. Just purchased earrings and pendant that match my wedding set. Agape Diamonds Never disappoints!

The rings are set in your choice of precious metal which is there only value. The stones have a very cheap cubic zirconia look. Have actually seen better looking cubic zirconia. Also my rings arrive with triple strand of heavy floss weight thead and a security tag which made it impossible to try on the jewelry without removing. Even after removing the security tag i could not not try on the ring. Rings were not size 8.5 which i had ordered they measured at 7.75 at better known national jewelry stores and Jared did measure it as an 8.

Bought a pendant for last Christmas now matching earrings for our 48 anniversary she was thrilled with the pendant. Hopefully she will love these as much when I give them to her. She went crazy over them!

I had excellent customer service and a speedy delivery. Check out was super easy for financing. The best part is the way the jewelry is displayed on the site and I could select the stone size I wanted etc. I could play videos to look at styles and clarity of stones. They are beautiful.

The sales associate, Kayleigh, was very attentive to my needs regarding the purchase. She walked me through the entire process & answered every question of mine.

I recently purchased a Diamond Engagement ring. It took me awhile as I looked on other sites and decided to give them a try. There was a promotion that also came with free earrings. Upon receiving them both I couldn't be more satisfied of the overall quality that for the price I felt I got a great deal.

I have called multiple times and sent email. Need to return earrings, credit my account due to within 2 hours my ear lobes were swollen and very painful. My lobes stayed this way for a week!

Rings/product is fine. However, it takes days for Agape to let you know when is shipping even after you pay the expedited shipping fee. And, if you call Agape no one takes the call. You are simply left waiting and waiting. I waited half an hour and gave up. I placed another order this past week. Same experience.

The quality is great! The mountings are sturdy and look like they will wear for years. I have worked in fine jewelry and the mountings are on par with other quality jewelers. You are purchasing simulated diamonds- there is no way around that fact, but they look amazing. I have worn my necklace for over a year with numerous compliments.

100% recommend. I had ordered a wedding set from them before and loved it. Somehow, I lost them. Didn't think of going anywhere else when I wanted to replace them.
