Initially, as I looked through the website, it seemed too good to be true. Mostly everything checked out, but my skepticism grew when I wasn't able to find many reviews about the company outside of the website itself. The reviews I did see (on Reddit mainly) didn't seem too positive, and were also dated. I've always been a firm believer to try new things disregarding the opinions of others, but being mindful of them. I took a chance and I am beyond happy with the purchase, I'm having a hard time keeping the ring hidden from my partner because I just want to show her the quality craftsmanship I've been handed. The only negative component about the purchase was I was expecting to receive a physical copy of the certification for the ring. Overall, I would recommend!
Nice stone, brought by a jeweler and needing it to be size 8 and engraved. Other than that very satisfied that one of the few companies on FB impressed most don't. Took a chance, keep up the great work

I ordered an engagement ring for my girlfriend on June 22nd from Diamondere. Was told in the follow up email it would arrive between July 4th- July 8th. OK so far. So July 6th I followed up to see what the status of my order was. "Meghan" told me there was a slight delay but my package was scheduled for delivery on July 9th via FedEx and gave me the tracking number. July 8th I go on to check where the package is and FedEx hadn't even received the package yet. How is a package going to make it from Houston to PA in one day? It's not. So again, I email "Meghan" and ask her what is going on because there is no way my package will make it in one day. Told Meghan I was leaving for vacation on July 12th where I was planning on proposing. Had already booked a photographer and everything. Meghan checked on the status of my delivery and was "pushing" to get it delivered by the 11th. So this morning, instead of checking the FedEx website I call FedEx and you know what? They still have not even received the package and today is the 11th. So obviously, it's not getting delivered before I leave for vacation and Diamondère lied to me every step of the way about delivery. I don't believe "Meghan" was honest with me once, if that's even her real name. They have ruined my vacation, my engagement plans, and now I have an hour long photography session scheduled and paid for, non refundable by the way, and I have no ring. This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Please, do not trust Diamondère with your jewelry orders. They will gladly take your money and lie to you every step of the way. I doubt if the ever even planned on mailing my order. I called to cancel my order and get a refund of my money. They told me that would take 5 business days. Here's to hoping I receive my money back when they say I will.
It's always a problem ordering things online for any website because you never know what's a scam and what isn't. This website however was amazing! I cannot begin to describe how professional the whole process was and I would highly recommend.

Beautiful ring easy proces love the finance part thru afterpay. Ring glistens and shipping was FAST! I was worried about shipping speed from previuos reviewers only gripe is i dont thing the center stone is the color quality that its labed as. Im gonna go to a big jewler and have it looked at and go from there.
