From the start I wasn't really sure how to even approach getting a custom piece done. All my questions were quickly answered and I was walked through the process from day one. The people that I was speaking to via email had suggestions and comments about what I could do and what would and wouldn't work in the design. There wasn't a moment were I felt stupid for never doing this before. The price was absolutely worth it and the ring itself feels incredible - it's durable, beautiful and exactly what I created in my head. At the end, the shipping was a little weird and there was a mix up somewhere, but not only was it figured out quickly, without prompt from myself. But I received a slight refund due to it taking a few extra days. Thank you everyone that worked on this project. Thank you for helping my proposal be one step closer to perfect.
So far I haven't seen it, since it is an anniversary gift from my wife, and she hasn't shown it to me yet, but she loves it. Ordering was easy, it came on time, and we are very happy with the experience.

The product was underwhelming for the price. The information was there when picking out the item but wasn't noticeable and wished that the site would have offered photos to offer a relatable scale (of final size). The end product is pretty but a lot smaller than what I thought I had ordered.

The ring was beautiful, but within 36 hours, almost all of the black was gone from the ring, leaving it looking like it's a hard used hand me down. I would recommend not getting black gold from them. Go with something else.

It was not a custom chosen diamond. I chose a lab diamond and the actual stone was chosen for me. The stone i received was larger and of a better color and clarity than I was expecting.
