UPS wrongfully returned my fiancé's ring back to Diamondere instead of attempting to redelivery. I called the number in the Diamondere website a few times and left voicemails with no response, but I sent an email and they quickly responded and reshipped my order back as soon as they received it.

Process was very easy with good communication throughout
The ring looks amazing and exceeded expectations. No greenish or yellow tinge as I was worried with mossainite. Looks great in the sun. Only problem was UPS not arriving on day promised and arriving on a day they didn't schedule(they scheduled to arrive 3 days LATER due to holiday/weekend). Although earlier is great the unscheduled delivery arrived at a time that almost ruined whole surprise.
