Great experience from start to finish. Customer service communicated with me throughout the process. We had paid for expedited service, and when they weren't able to meet that request, they immediately refunded the fee. The ring is absolutely stunning, and so well made. Looking forward to wearing this piece every day for the rest of my life!

Purchase was easy. After making purchase I was contacted to be up-sold and had to commit another transaction. I would have preferred to receive that information before finalizing initial purchase. But everything else went smoothly.

Ordered 7 1/4 and received a size 7. I wasn't paying attention and thought to cut off the tag to see if it would fit better. After cutting off the tag and realizing it was still too small, I noticed I couldn't return ring for the correct size (according to the tag, once you cut it off you could no longer return the item.)

The team kept me informed through the whole process and was able to make a last minute change to the shipping so I could receive the ring in California while I was on vacation to propose. Everything worked out perfectly!

However, I was immediately notified of the delay and my extra charge for expedited shipping was refunded. The rings arrived and were beyond what I had expected. Online pictures did them no justice because in person they are mesmerizing, gorgeous, and I'm just so happy.
