I did some research while looking for an engagement ring and saw many folks recommending Diamondere for a stress-free, smooth experience. I thought their selection of rings, and diamonds was very good and diverse. After making my choice and selecting the ring + diamond combo, I made my purchase without expecting any surprises. Diamondere's first email after I made the order was unbelievably professional, caring, and covered every single thing I might have overlooked or didn't know while making the order. They let me know about the free engraving, different options with the material of the ring and how much upkeep the ring I bought would need based on the type of material. Once I responded to that email, that's when they started the whole process. To my surprise, I received a second email, notifying me that the diamond I had picked for the ring was sold before they purchased it. Even more surprising was their transparent, professional and incredible way of making things right. In the same email, they informed me that they had reserved the same shape and size of diamond but an upgraded version (all of the ratings of the characteristics of the diamond were upgraded), and even though that would cost them more than what I had purchased, they just required a confirmation from me to finish the purchase and start building the ring. I was astonished by how they dealt with the whole situation. Once I saw the diamond and read the email, it was beyond easy to give them my go-ahead. Even though there was a little disruption with the diamond situation, the completion of the ring and ETA of the product never changed. I paid expedited shipping and the ring arrived earlier than I expected. It was packaged superbly well and the whole presentation of the boxes protecting the ring and its content was beautiful. So, with all of that said, I can confidently recommend you give Diamondere your business because they are beyond professional and capable!

I recently purchased the Jamie VVS Diamond Men's Ring in Platinum from Diamondere, and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the product. The craftsmanship is top-tier — sleek, bold, and exactly what I was hoping for. I purchased a ring that fell apart and paid to have it "fixed" by your company. When it returned it looked good and I was assured it had been checked by the Jeweler. It then fell apart again. When I shared that I would be giving negative feedback it was offered to be remade at no charge and it looks great. I hope it is still real stones as a local jeweler will confirm. If the stones are actual stones then my reviews will be greatly positive. The only thing I wish is that I did not have to get upset and this is how I was treated in the first place. It was only an $800 ring and it was going to cost me $120 the first time until I got upset and it was changed to $60.
