I needed a mother's day gift and found the site. I was able to select the ring and stones that I wanted, along with a personalized message engraved. Creating of the ring and shipping was quick. Received my order within 2 weeks of placing the order.
I ordered my ring and they almost immediately reached out to me and asked me if I was certain about the ring and they gave me a run-down of what would happen with my ring in the future and if I was sure if I wanted to do because they could change it before sending it out.

From the design to watching the progress bar complete, the ring turned out exquisite and surpassed even my highest expectations! It fits great, has the engraving I requested, and looks great on her hand. Exceptional craftsmanship. One point of tension was the response team when there were delays. The first delay I wasn't notified about until I inquired, and the second was never provided a reason. I even put in a request for a callback but was never contacted. That being said, I do love how it turned out, and would definitely shop with them again! I would recommend skipping the option for fast shipping, as mine came a bit later than expected (Original estimate Apr. 2-11, arrived Apr. 25). Apart from that, I wholeheartedly recommend!
