Very pleased with Diamondere. Customized an engagement ring and it arrived on time with no issues. Ring was beautiful, everyone loves it (most importantly her!) All the while, Diamondere's customer service was attentive to my questions (I wanted it shipped to a nearby UPS store for discreet pickup, and they were happy to facilitate). I suggest that you caution customers that if they don't like what they recieve and want to return their purchase that they can't cut the tag off. I came close to doing that because I bought rings and the tags were in the way. Luckily, I didn't cut the tags off. A minor thing like this would make a customer extremely unhappy. I know you don't want people wearing what they want to return but a warning would save a lot of trouble for both the buyer and seller.
My husband and I were looking for an eternity band for our 25th anniversary, but we wanted something a little unique. My wedding band is a thick stainless steel band with the marquise diamond from my engagement ring set into it sideways. So the eternity band needed to complement it. And I didn't want it to be just diamonds. Green is my favorite color and I'm a Girl Scout Leader/Volunteer, so emeralds it was. Not a whole lot of choices out there! Until I found Diamondere. We are so beyond thrilled with the ring we created!

Customer Service was very accommodating and supportive to get ring sent back, custom designs approved, and returning ring for modification. Final product is beautiful, and my wife is extremely happy! My ring arrived, Sterling Silver with a peridot. Lovely and well crafted, including the inscription. That said, I noticed an email that said the ring was going to be crafted in 10k White Gold. I was not sure why and thought, maybe it was a bonus upgrade. Again the ring arrived crafted in Sterling Silver as I ordered, so I am more than pleased with it. However, I was still/am still confused as to the indication that it was going to be crafted in 10K White Gold even though I ordered it (and it arrived) crafted in Sterling Silver. Anyhow, I am pleased and I am already looking at getting a another ring, this time for myself as the previous ring (the one that prompted this review) was for my partner. Oh, and the customer service was constant and timely.
Build quality is very very bad. Ring is not polished enough and front of the ring around stone not smooth it's kind of wavy! And black diamond on the front top has some big spots. I decided to return this ring
