BEWARE! If DHC offers an exclusive offer for say, 25% or 15% off... they hike-up the price. My experience. I've regularly purchased the 2.5 oz. Resilience Multi-Effect Night. I received an exclusive offer card in the mail for 25% off for the period of May 25 - 6/1/2023 only. I attempted to locate the item on DHC's site on May 26,2023 so that i could place an order an receive the 25% off. The price shown was significantly higher that the price that I regularly pay. I no longer "TRUST" the practices of DHC Corporation. LeAnn
I started using DHC skincare in 2007. I was very happy until yesterday. I placed an order in November and really liked the one sample I received so I decided to replace my normal moisturizer with the new sampled one. I sent the unopened Virgin Olive Oil back and received a call that they could not process the return as they had a 60-day return policy and I had exceeded that. I spoke to a customer service representative, the customer service department head, and Austin, whom I assume is the head (?) of the franchise here in the US. The answer was no, they would not honor the return. Austin did offer me "a deal". I could order the new product ($53) and he would give me free shipping. That's it. It did not include credit for the returned item ($44). Then to add insult to injury, if I wanted the bought and paid for product back, I have to pay $6.36 for shipping. I was speechless and asked to removed from their mailing list, to which Austin said fine. As I see it, knowing that cosmetics can have up to a 700% markup, they just lost a 16 year customer for, I'm guessing, less than $10. Wow! Yes, I missed the deadline by less than a month, but even Amazon makes exceptions.
Tip for consumers:
I did not have my original receipt as I sent it along with my return and foolishly forgot to keep a copy. So, for proof I showed some of the products I use, all of the samples that I got with my orders, and the empty sample pack that I wanted the exchange for. Also, the answer to the refund question is for this particular instance. Thank you.

I enjoy looking through their catalog that I receive in the mail every so often because they include free samples. When you order online you get to choose more free samples without having to make a minimum purchase. Some of the items have been rather small and pricey, but they are of high quality and do last a long time because you only need to use a little to get beautiful results. I especially love one of their shampoo and conditioner sets, I think it's the dandruff reducing choice, because the aroma is outstanding. I have also bought skin cleansers and lotions that I thought were superior to others I've tried. They also offer a lot more products and cosmetics which I have yet to try, so another review hopefully will be forthcoming.
Would never do business with again, they have absolutely zero customer service. Not happy at all. Avoid!
I had tried the DHC deep cleansing oil a couple months ago and are use it at night time to remove all my make up. This cleansing oil has definitely deep clean my skin while removing all the make up and dirt.
The eyelsah serum did absolutely nothing for me, but waste my money. I have been using it for months, purchased 2, just to see results, nothing has changed to the appearance of my eyelashes.
