I order five articles and I don't receive even one!

All items that I have ordered have not even been shipped.
After almost one month of waiting, I get the refund.
The refund consist in an online credit, so I use that credit to buy other items on the site, still, nothing arrived. I get the credit refunded again.

What should I do with that credit if none of the articles I order is arriving?
It´s useless!

I purchased a wedding dress from DHGate. They sent me the wrong dress. They said if I return it then they will reimburse me for the shipping and the dress. I sent the dress back to China! Never got my refund. So I paid for a dress I never received plus shipping the old one back. I will never buy anything from them again.

This site leads you to believe that they have your back if your purchase goes south however, that was not the case for me. I purchased a dress that was about a hundred dollars. It gave me a arrival date which was a when I would be back in town so I purchased it. When I arrived home I found a dress that was poorly constructed and missing stones on it. The seller would not respond to my emails so I opened a dispute turning in photos/video and I was denied my refund sighting it was pass time to return because the package arrived before the projected return date which is only a few days apparently. So I'm out about 100 bucks with this total garbage dress. This site is a scam and is loaded with illegal merchandise! I'm not sure why America has not blocked access to this site! The site also has algorithm controlled reviews. You may write a bad review but not a detailed one because they block words that lead people to avoid the site so you can't really tell what happen because the site rejects the review! I had to rewrite my review over and over until I had avoided any words that dhgate algorithm blocked from site. For example words like, seller scammed me or no one would help me or no one responded to messages…any words/phrases that lead shoppers away are blocked. I hope this review helps shoppers shop smart by not allowing this site to take your hard earned money from you and send you trash!
