I purchased a new Flex buffer and in the directions it showed where the handle was to be installed but
There was no handle I then called Evan and he said he would get back to me. He never called me back
And when I called him he told me it was not included. I told him I was not happy after spending $ 750.00
For a buffer and buffing pads. He then offered me a $10.00 discount on my next purchase.
I will never purchase anything from Detail King.

They sold me a piece of junk for a Christmas gift, fought me to take it back, and when I did return the junk to them, THEY KEEP MY MONEY! I've fought with my credit card company and now have an open BBB case against them. Do not purchase from them if you want great customer service or a refund!
They switch the truth, accuse YOU the customer of being the cause of the machine breaking, refuse to honor the warranty, and then send a return label and keep the return! This should not be allowed to be done!

I ordered a carpet extractor and it took well over 8 weeks to be delivered and when it was I was delivered a machine that had been used. The extractor hose was melted, the pre filter was missing, nothing was in packaging, the handle to open the bottom of the machine to get to the internals was bent in the shape of someones fingers, there was dirt inside the clean tank and the dirty tank, no manual was included, there was a broken piece of plastic from something, one of the hose couplers was missing, the neoprene sleeve that prevents burns was missing and what little hardware was included was in a ziploc bag. The screws to hold on the basket were stripped out. It was extremely obvious this machine had been used.
Brad Caric basically called me a liar and tried to blame this on the shipper saying it had been abused in transport. That would not explain any of the packaging being missing nor the dirt in the tanks or even the melted extractor hose. This company cost me a lot of money in wasted time and pissed off customers and the best they could offer was "a free quart of extractor soap and a tee shirt" which was really insulting considering how much time and money I was lost. They made it extremely obvious that I, my customers, and my business did not matter. You will get the absolute worst customer service if you find yourself in need of it.
