Delivery was "paid inside delivery" however the freight company would not deliver inside and it was a struggle to get them on my porch which is up only one stair. The gentleman was very nice but did not have a dolly and could barely get them to the stoop with the pallet Jack. I had to call two neighbors to come help and it was a two hour ordeal.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars to the price and delivery was that my order sat around for a few days before being shipped. There was a miscommunication between sales agents. The product, a show room model rangetop was in excellent condition. Showed very minor wear.

I have previously purchased from Designer Surplus and have been very happy with both selection and price. Previous experience is why we came back, even though we have moved out of state. Free shipping of my order is key!

Delivery company was great, but shipping took about twice the estimated time.

We purchased an Aga Six Four stove and an Asko dishwasher from Designer Home Surplus when we were remodeling our kitchen. The price which included free out of state delivery service was very reasonable which allowed us to purchase top end appliances for our kitchen. The delivery time was excellent and the Aga stove is the highlight our kitchen.

It was so easy ordering and getting the appliances delivered when I needed them. I was having a home built, and was able to schedule delivery several months after my initial purchase. Thank you Andrew, you made this whole process incredibly easy.

Designer held my purchase for almost a year. Appliances arrived in Missouri on time and in excellent condition. Had a problem with one item which was handled timely under warranty. Great experience in purchasing all my high end kitchen appliances, freezer and outdoor refrigerator.

Overall good experience, communication could have been a bit better.

I wanted a high end particular frig but there were none offered around me so I went on line and found you. I read reviews so against warnings from others, Ibordered our refrigerator. It arrived on time and I love it. Easy peasy as they say so thanks!
