All went very well and the communication was good. My only issue was that they appliances were delivered at the curb instead of at least putting them in the garage. Otherwise, all went well.

Couldn't access your make an offer feature, on this order (& no explanation was evident as to why) & during check out I couldn't tab over to pay via PayPal. So the website is glitchy...

Purchased a dented ice maker, delivered quickly, my husband set it up and it was making blobs of ice instead of cubes. Contact your store and they quickly sent out a service person to rememdy the situation. You guys are amazing! Thank you

So let me be the first to say I was a huge sceptic when I came across designers home surplus but I have to say I was more than happy with everything from the experience to the ease of dealing with Jeff Evans. Id priced out the products I was looking for and done my research and my wife couldn't be more happy. The products were supposedly scratch and dent condition but I have thuroughly inspected each item and I can't find a scuff not even on the back or undercarriage of the product. And as far as saving on the product I saved over 4K off the retail price. Jeff worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the price the product and the delivery. I live in a difficult area for delivery and Jeff mad sure I was set as far as delivery with the right people. My wife couldn't be happier. Tracking the delivery was smooth and uneventful. Gladly do business with them again. Excellent bang for your buck and amazing quality of product.

Sales people were fantastic

Sales people were fantastic. We mainly dealt with Michael. Products and prices were great. Delivery was an issue. Our oven was sent to the wrong customer. While waiting for the oven, our contractor went ahead and fabricated the double-oven cutout, and he had to change it when the oven arrived (mostly my fault given I provided cutout dimensions with a pedestal included). I highly recommend and will continue to do business with these guys given the delivery mishap was most likely an anomaly.

I just received the GE Cook top I purchased for my new kitchen. As I'm in PA and it was shipped from TX I was concerned that it would arrive in one piece and the slight scratches described on the web site were just minor as described or 'can be seen in a certain light'. The delivery was great - the shipping company called a couple of days prior to delivery to arrange a day and time frame. The cook top was packed very well and plastic wrapped onto a pallet. The gentleman parked his truck on the street due to the trees hanging low over the driveway and brought the pallet up to the house where we opened it, inspected it and found no damage.

As for the described scratches - they are very slight and minimal as described - really surface scratches and I'm very pleased. I've already recommended this company to co-workers and family. It's a great find - company, site and delivery not to mention a great price for a quality item!

Our office but a wine fridge and ice maker but at the time of us buying these we didn't realize that wine fridge wouldn't come with the stainless steel door but rather it required a custom panel finish. It took me from August 2016 until January 2017 to get this resolved after going back and forth with them about getting it replaced. I had to contact them several times to make sure they were getting things done and every time it was a different story and the manager that sold it to us would never return my calls or emails. Sad to say that they're definitely all about the sales with horrible customer service after the deal is done.

The refrigerator that was shipped has been a disaster. It was installed on a Wednesday (1/4/17) and neither the refrigerator nor freezer compartments kept the food at appropriate temperatures. I left town immediately after installation of the unit and was unaware that the unit was not reaching the appropriate temperatures. Unfortunately, my daughter arrived back in town from a business trip on Friday evening and noticed food was not cold or frozen. Had to throw away everything in the unit. Contacted the customer service rep (Joyce) on Monday 1/9/17 to highlight problem. She's to respond with a resolution in next 24 hours. While price on this Blomberg refrigerator was very compelling, it's ending up costing substantially more than just the price of the unit. We lost close to $300 in frozen and refrigerated food items due to a faulty unit. Very disappointed that the unit was not checked/verified for proper cooling/freezing standards prior to being shipped. Not happy with my experience to date.
