I previously wrote a bad review about their return policy regarding my Gucci Dionysus, which was first purchased bag from DD. But I deleted the review because they provided the best costumer service for my next purchase. I ordered few more bags and received perfect condition in two weeks after I submitted the order. The bags are beautiful and almost accurate. I wont say 100% accuracy because I owned several authentic bags and I can tell it is slightly different. If you want to have designer bags and no plan to resell it, DD is a good place to purchase because it is not scamming or fraud you wont loose your money. One of LV bag I purchased is hard to tell it is replica. Make sure research and compare with authentic before buy and look closely the pictures on the website, you wont regret it. Thanks again DD!

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The lady called Emily is useless. They sent me a horrible, cheap purse with rubber trim and fake leather. The gold hardware is scratching off and she had the nerve to tell me to order silver next time and not to focus on the peeling rubber or damaged hardware!

I could have ordered better thru Amazon! Please stay away from Chinese made items! Total waste of money! I should have listened to all the other reviews!

I ordered 2 bags and a belt. Previously I had ordered shoes and they were not true to size so I had to give them away. I decided to give them another chance and ordered some bags and a belt. You cannot email or call these people - only communication is through an app. I paid them $775 in good faith. Well nothing arrived and now they will not even respond in that app. Do not trust them! I am out $775 and have absolutely no recourse.

Please beware they will send you defective items and wont return. I asked many times to send psp which they didnt provide and giving me excuse after excuse they send my order through ups when I clearly put instructions dont send through ups only through ems to Canada. One of the Gucci bag I received it developed MOLD after 1 week. Discusting I cant even keep that in my house now. Emily is keep giving me different excuse every time I would ask her questions terrible service. Dont trust online blog promoting them you wont get quality bag what you pay.

In January 2021 I ordered $912 worth of products from www.designersdiscreet.ru As of March 8th, 2021 I have received NOTHING. Well let me take that back, I've received excuse after excuse as to why my order has yet to ship. And lucky me, because it was a TransferWise money transfer my credit card will not honor their normal fraud charge investigation terms. It is also considered a "cash advance" so i get to pay extra interest charges as well so all in all i have donated $1093 to the scammers.

Stay away from Designer Discreet. I purchased two bags from them and when I received them (I did receive them, thank god for that), one was in a color I did not choose. I emailed photos of the bag I ordered from their site and a photo of the bag I received only to be told they needed more photos, and in better lighting. So I did that, emailed them and almost instantly was emailed back a nasty message telling me there was nothing wrong with the bag, it was the color I ordered and "due to photoshopping on their site" what I received is what I am stuck with.?
All I wanted was an exchange, for the color I had picked out and thought I had ordered from their website. The bag was $450.00! (Website pic of the bag I thought I was ordering on the left, bag I received on the right)
