First time to order an appliance on line. I have many appliance stores in my area who have very competitive pricing. I Was hesitant at first and especially when it took so long to fill my order...I was kept up to date and when it finally arrived everything was in order. Installation complete and unit running as advertised. The cost savings was worth the wait in this case and I would consider using Designer Appliance again...

I can better answer this once my product is shipped.
I received the product (ice maker kit) and it works great. The only issue that I had was that it came with two different sets of instructions. One was a small booklet and the other set was compiled of instructions made on a very poor printer and were very difficult to comprehend. Having said that, I am very happy to say that with patience it made a good DIY project and I now have an ice surplus at all times.

Ordered a vent hood that was almost impossible to find anywhere else. Very happy they had what i was looking for.
Everything so far went well. Only comment would be that the item did not have a picture display (I knew what it looked like from other research).
