I, for one, am a FIRM believer in Designer Discreet! I still can't believe the amazing quality of my LV Artsy. The inside is real suede, the feel of the leather is exactly like the real LV (i did a side by side comparison to the real deal). I couldn't be more pleased about my bag. A little about my experience: I wired the money and their customer service was quick to respond that they received it and they began processing my order right away. I'll be honest to say that I did get a bit nervous because after I wired my money, they had to work on their website so it was down BUT customer service was in contact with me the ENTIRE time. I even flat out told them: hey, I'm scared - you're website is down so what's going on with my order. They were on top of answering me and assuring me that it was on it's way but more importantly, they understood my fears during website maintenance. This was my first of MANY purchases from DD.

I bought a LV backpack about 3 weeks ago.
Shipment was fast but as soon as I got my bag I noticed some glue dirt in the front. I contacted the costumer service linking photos and I've been told to erase them with a eraser.
If it wasn't just for that I would not rate it one star but the real problem is that now all the upper front part close to the zipper that is attached with glue is coming off. I would attached pictures if I could.
I have to say that I'm very disappointed and unsatified.

Very quick to respond to queries, delivery was slightly later than stated on the listing but not a problem, great price and service overall.

I don't usually write a review but their outstanding service urged me to do it. The price and quality is unbeatable, looking forward to my next purchase.

Do NOT order them anything: either you'll get awful items (poor quality ever) or (my own experience) you won't even receive your order! Their MISERABLE customer service is beyond mediocre: the only solution they "offer" is that you send them more money (an additional 50 % of the total amount you've already paid!) to send you another order - without any guarantee this one will arrive due to customs.

So stay away from this so-called great replicas seller: keep your money safe and buy to another supplier but AVOID DESIGNER DISCREET or you'll regret it...

Tried ordering after reading all the reviews, got a bad defective bag with some horrible cut on the bag, upon checking with "emily" she refuses to help and said some $#*!s about oh the bag quality is perfect and basically sounds like a robot, even when we sent pictures, they reluctantly said we can return but they will charge 30% restock fee? This is not change of mind, this is for a defective item. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND STAY AWAY! THEY WON"T HELP YOU AT ALL.

Dont get fooled by all the good reviews, I was fooled by that and after I sent the money, received a very horrible quality bag, crumble leather and marks inside, upon asking them to return. Here is what they told you:

When you wear it no one will take your bag to check it.If you wear it confidently, noone will notice. - surprised number 1.

And here are the rules which they NEVER mentioned on their site:
1: keep bags and packaging are intact!
2: make sure you do not use the bag!
3: please be responsible for shipping back and forth!
4: please make sure that the process of sending bags will not be crushed!
5: because China is a more stringent import control of the country, if being tax, you need to be responsible for(In order to avoid the tax, please mark the parcel as a 20 dollars gift. If Chinese customs collect tax, you need to pay it.! And not necessarily will the bag get through the Chinese customs! Because it is replica.
The bag can also be CONFISCATED by Chinese customs.

Surprise number 2!
If you want to try your luck, please spend money with them. Highly doubt the positive reviews.

And the reviews about the customer service, all are lies.

Will never trust these chinese rubbish companies again.

I just got this Monogram Neverfull MM and it is GORGEOUS! I had some bad experiences with other sellers, but after MUCH research on various boards DD came highly recommended! They are a little more pricey than other sellers, but they really do have the BEST quality! The neverfull I received is SPOT ON to the Authentic version (I checked it out several times at the LV store), this particular Red lining is just like the cherry color. One thing that is a dead giveaway with the Neverfulls is if the lining color is off, however this is a Beautiful darker red, not bright and orangey. The canvas is nice & heavy, bag stands up by itself too. All leather, stitching, hardware & markings couldnt be better! I really wanted to share my review, as there were none for this particular bag.

I will definitely be ordering more, very happy
