I had the most pleasant shopping experience with designer discreet. Yes I had some nerves but I decided to take the plunge and order a Dior book tote bag. I had communication with Lily the whole way through. From when they received my payment my bag was shipped 3 days later. I live in Australia and within 5 business days it arrived. The bag is BEAUTIFUL and the quality is impeccable! My expectations have been exceeded and I am so so happy with my bag. I could not recommend them more!

I will start with customers service, when you message them on live chat a person answer your queries question promptly and with full product knowledge which makes it easy for customer to choose what they are actually looking for. I ordered a Gucci wallet that I received in good condition and in the time frame promised, also the transactions was very smooth highly recommended

Their customer services team was quick to reply to any questions I had. My bag arrived in less than a week from ordering. Overall I am very pleased with the service of this company and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

SHADY CO. I wanted to order the Cartier Love Bracelet. There is no form to specify size or color. When I asked for more info. Via chat, I was told to put my requests in the "Notes" section and pay ahead even though I didn't know if they had the item I wanted in stock. I was told that they offer full refunds if they send the wrong item but they would NOT tell me, specifically and after asking 3 times, if the refund included return shipping. This is what they wrote instead "first learn some manners, this is not some tuck shop, respect is paramount to us and all our customers understand this fact, you may purchase elsewhere, we do not do business with fools like your self, rude and arrogant people are not welcomes here". The feedback section on the website does not work and the email I sent was returned undeliverable. Such a shame, I guess they've really gone downhill.

The Dior boots I ordered were flawless, they even had the original manufacturer's packaging. Designersdiscreet actually exceeded expectations and had a better price, highly recommended, without hesitation. I will be coming back for a second purchase soon.

I purchased the YSL medium Niki and the bag is absolutely gorgeous. I was blown away by the quality of the bag and it comes with a dust bag, YSL shopping bag, tags, and authentication cards. I would swear everything came straight from the Saint Laurent boutique! I cannot wait to place another order. Shipping was lightening fast and the customer service team is extremely responsive over email and provides clear instructions and tracking numbers.

Ive ordered several times from them. The first time was a good experience. Good quality bag, no complaints. 2nd order came in and quality of one of the LV bags was terrible but the other chanel was good. Ordered again (3 bags) and they only sent 2. After much discussion they said they would send again with my next order. So i should now have 2 bags coming. Only 1 came AGAIN. Never sent photos, never sent tracking number, out of stock of everything. After 3 months of hunting down my order I finally received. The quality is TERRIBLE, not even real leather. I would not be caught dead with any of these bags, looks so cheap and fake looking. Cant even wear in public. NEVER AGAIN. Save your money! Quality and service is AWFUL now.

It was first time i was buying bag like this, i own few authentic ones. I was quite scared, becasue it was not so cheap for fake bag and also it was China. I was waiting almost 2 moths since pacing my order - but it was worth it! Bag is 1:1, quality is amazing, leather is hard and thick. Print perfectly match with orginal. Many carefully done details. All came in orginal box, bag and cards inside. I am more than happy, can fully recommend.

I've orders tons of stuff over the years but quality has declined. Gucci slides look fake as do Chanel (don't fit properly). I was very specific about measurements of the large Chanel Deauville I ordered. Plus it's a standard size. They sent small and told me I should be thankful. No returns or refunds. I'm out USD 1000.

My wife wanted to buy me a Audemars Piguet for my 40th. She knew I had always wanted one but had no idea what model to get me. She spoke to the customer service who advised her and were patient with her and even let her change her mind. They were excellent. Gave her the best possible price and made sure it came in time, awesome service!

This is the real deal! I bought a YSL Sac de jour in a smaller size of an authentic I already own. I recommend the croc embossed leather in black it is a mirror image of the original leather. It is nearly identical in every other detail as well. The bag did have an incredibly strong chemical smell but after a few days it dissipated. This was my very first rep purchase and I'm so glad I went with DD on recommendation from The Purse Queen. I'm already planning my next order!

I decided to take a risk and buy the Balenciaga hourglass bag. I went to saks and look at it and it was beautiful however I refused to buy a bag for 1600 even though I can afford to and have several high end designers. Emily from DD was very good at communicating and even recommended the size jacket based on weight and height. I used paypal but my money was automatically refunded because I placed a message in the note area.

Anyways, I was a bit discouraged but I know they had to be sincere since they refunded my money. I went ahead and repay a day after in which like 5 days after I got a tracking number. I downloaded and app called aftership which give me great updates and tracking.

So my package came on July 28. When I open the box the presentation of these items were off the hook. And the quality of these item are drop dead gorgeous. I have never seen replicas so DAMN good.

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Took a minute to confirm my size (which was on me) and to dispatch. Once they shipped they arrived in Canada in under a week. Entire process was just short of 3 weeks and would have been quicker if I was confident on what size to order. They are stunning quality, and came with a shopping bag, box and dust bag. They fit perfectly true to size. I am a true size 7 and ordered EU 38. I am over the moon with this purchase and will definitely be back! Came with a bonus LV coin purse which I'm now using as a business card holder!
