Last year I ordered and their website was 'glitching' and the order apparently didn't appear in their system. So I had to re-order it after contacting them.
This year I ordered it 5 days ago. The other 3 orders with different companies I placed that same day have already arrived and the one from desert essence hasn't even shipped yet. It's still "processing."
This is extremely concerning. It's to the point I'm questioning ever ordering from their site again, and it's doubtful I'm going to continue purchasing in store as well due to this.
Since Country Life Vitamins owns Desert Essence, I wasn't sure where to review. The help number is on the Desert Essence website but the recorded message says Country Life. Good luck getting actual customer service help. They don't respond to emails and their 1-800 number just ends up booting you to voicemail (and no one calls/responds back). I was trying to get a status update on a $50 order. I cannot get any help from the company. I won't order from this company again and may have to rethink buying the product, even though I like the shampoos.
This brand is pretty good and works well and is very inexpensive! So if you want to try it, I suggest going for it
My husband uses the tea tree oil. This is an item we always have on hand. If you have a scratch, just apply the tea tree oil and it is gone in a couple days. Good stuff.
