I needed to buy a picture for commercial use, when buying the picture, it instead signed me up for a subscription to get non-commercial use photos. So now I have a photo I don't need, and a subscription I don't need that I was tricked into buying, and then they refused to give me a refund for this monthly subscription I NEVER USED. And then trying to cancel my subscription I had to contact customer service. I used their live chat, the woman helping eventually stopped answering and left the chat. I reloaded another chat and had to argue to cancel my account. It is now canceled. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT AND STOLEN MONEY WITHOUT ANY NOTICE! SCAM ALERT! DON'T BUY ANY PLAN HERE. RELEASE THE LOCAL SECURITY AGENCY IMMEDIATELY IF THEY LOCK YOUR ACCOUNT AND MAKE YOUR MONEY.
I needed to find photos for a social media project. The variety of photos were impressive and the downloading process was easy. Also, the flexible pricing was great for my budget
I found the payment plans to be misleading. I didnt want a subscription, i wanted one photo so I pressed where it said $4.60 per photo and then my cc gets charged $29 for the month?

The customer service rep I chatted with before I made my purchase was extremely helpful and informative. The photos are high quality and exactly what I need.
Very easy to download and edit. I used it for a presentation and it did exactly what I needed for. I do recommend this application when you need clip arts for your work.
Never opt for Auto Renewal and pay for only the photo you download. Otherwise, the photos cannot be downloaded in the next month.
I expected to download a transparent image but it came with a white background. Customer services were not willing to refund me the $29 i had spent even though i did not use the image.

I thought that I have to join using a premium account but I could tailor my need and I have the picture that I want. Very happy, there are many pictures and videos.

This is not the best website to get stock photos, and all of them are paid, but I need quality stock photos so I decided to try it. And I should say the photos are great.
I have the flex plan, but nowhere does it show how to cancel my plan. I went thru FAQ but no indication on how to cancel. A clear explanation on how to cancel plans would be great. Thanks!

Follow https://depositphotos.com/image.html, please. Press Settings on Active plans - Flexible plan page and then turn it off. You will be asked to go to your PayPal account and cancel the autorenewal there. The whole process takes just a minute.

The quality of the free images is very high, and the download speed is not bad. The only drawback is that you want the number of images to be more and more selective.
I like the photos and the customer service. The customer service responses in a timely manner and I like that there are various sizes available for a image.
