I don't blame it on UPS, as I doubt they purposely decided to have those delivered in two drops.
I had to have the driver wait so I can validate the contend potential damage. One had minor scratches, but I decided I wouldn't spend the time claiming for a replacement. It is on the car now, and I placed the scratch towards the center of the roof so it is hardly noticeable.
I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. The delivery time was awesome particularly during the pandemic. I won't hesitate to you this company again!

We are happy to replace the phones for the client, unfortunately the client has failed to fill out our RMA/Returns form before submitting this review, we were not given a chance to resolve this issue. Unfortunately some of our refurbished phones are over 20 years old and have issues, however we are happy to offer our warranty and replace any defective units.
