Denny's in Garner NC

My husband and I went to the Denny's in Garner NC. The Manager Regina seated us and took our drink orders and brought them to our table. Within a couple of minutes Makayla P came by and took our food order. We had our meal in about 10-15 minutes. The service here was excellent, Makayla was very professional, kept coming to our table to see if there was anything we needed. Regina also came by our table several times to see if everything was okay. I would recommend this location to my friends and would come back again.

Do not eat here
July 20, 2021

I just got home from this place. I was there a little under one and a half hours. I had my twins with me and they ordered off the child's menu and I ordered a small steak with a salad and fries. 50 minutes later the waitress brings the kid's food and tells me my salad is coming soon and I said can you just bring the steak too and she said I did not order a steak for you. I said just cancel my order as we have been waiting long enough so I sat there while my kids ate, told the manager I would like to pay for my kids since my steak was never ordered. She did not charge me for kids as they eat free so that is the one star. I cannot believe I am typing this now- be warned. Horrible experience and a waste of my time! Denny's on MOntwood in El Paso, Texas

Salem Illinois

We stopped for lunch at Danny's, Salem Illinois, it was a quick lunch stop, not far off the freeway. We absolutely loved it, we had Teri as our waiter and she was so much. The food was great and fast and the service was great. The perfect place for a quick lunch stop.

Cold food
August 28, 2022

We just ordered food from Denny"s for delivery so frustrated foods are freakin cold. Pancakes, crepes, hash browns, egg, cheeseburger, steak. No wonder why my husband hates them. Never again.

Denny's is going down the drain with their service and quality of food. We stopped twice at the Denny's in Beatty, Nv on our way to and from our visit with my brother. On our first stop, the food and service there was awful. We had to wait about 30 minutes for our food. It would have been ok if they were busy but we were about the only ones there. We shouldn't have bothered with them the second time but we tend to give second chances. Anyway, we stopped again on the way home and again had to wait a long time. On top of that, they didn't have the Thursday's soup that was listed on the menu. Claimed it was too early. This was around lunch time. My husband asked for sourdough bread. About ten minutes later the waitress comes out and says, "We are out of sourdough". We will definitely look for a new restaurant when we travel through Beatty, Nv.
I have eaten at Denny's in 5 states but this was the pits.

Free Birthday breakfast for my boyfriend, him and I went to Dennys today to celebrate his birthday it was a nice day. The server was nice and had all our stuff out on the plates within 15 min the location on Hilltop in Redding it's clean and they didn't have strawberry syrup I asked and the waiter was nice he found some strawberry smoothie stuff they use for there drinks and it tasted really good on the pancakes I bought and I bought the side fruit bowl was good and light. He had a Dennys grandSlam and we both had coffees.

The don't deliver at all. When you attempt to place an order online it doesn't even work. I tryed 3 times online and after attempting to place my order it says " click here to place order" and when I did all 3 times it just attempted to load. I Finally got upset and I called the restaraunt I attempted to order from and was told that Denny does not deliver that I have to call a 3rd party delivery service like " grub hub and have it delivered through them. If that's the case the commercial on tv are not honost to the public it seems like you will be paying for two services food and delivery. They don't tell you on there commercials. So isn't that false advertising. I know I will NEVER order from dennys.com ever again

GREAT

Took my mother there for breakfast it was a late breakfast around 2am the restaurant was packed we were greeted promptly and sat our server Tina was there in a matter of seconds she took our drink order and informed us that she was making a fresh pot of coffee for us very much appreciated our food came out hot and promptly which was surprising due to how busy they were out server Tina never lost her cool even when she got triple sat she kept our coffee hot and check back with us a couple times she was delightful and very informed about the menu the manager Dawn checked us out and was very friendly I have to give it to them they were extremely busy but yet they were on top of it food was great thank you Denny's the breakfast with my elderly mother which I may not have a chance to have much longer was a delightful experience and I will most definitely be talking you up

No service at all

I just left Denny's at the location of ******* FM 1314 Porter Tx *******. I believe the store number is 100 I walked in after a few minutes I was seated. Then there I sat. And sat ….and sat. ALL THE WHILE two women (with Dennys uniforms) stood behind the welcome desk or whatever it's called, and chatted it up. NEITHER of the two even bothered to think to themselves that perhaps this should be a TEAM effort. Not just an attitude that thinks "hey, that's the SERVERS problem. I can't believe how long it was that I just SAT there. And BOTH women KNEW I was there. I was just several feet from them. THAT …is LAZINESS. I wonder how lazy they are when it comes to CLEANINESS in the kitchen. Because they CERTAINLY don't seem to care about their customers. They were only Hispanic customers, and they were only about eight of them in the restaurant. I was the only white person tell me if this isn't reverse prejudice. This thing would not allow me to upload the video I had already taken and left the restaurant, so I snapped a picture off of the photo where someone actually looked at me, STILL just walked about doing their thing.

Dennys corporate is run by luciferian pedophiles and they only allow people from their group to own one of their stores. Don't eat at Denny's you are supporting pedophiles if you do.

I used to love Denny's back in the '70s, '80s and into the '90s. They had great servers, clean and quiet restaurants, and good quality food back then. Then things started to change for the worse: Understaffed restaurants, rude servers, poor service, food quality greatly suffered and then Denny's began installing those stupid jukeboxes in their restaurants. Every Denny's I've been in that has a jukebox is played very, very, very loud. I've asked on a number of occasions to please turn the volume down and the manager refused. Denny's is not a dance club, night club or a dive bar. It's supposed to be a quiet family friendly restaurant. Why blast that horrible '50s doo wop music or whatever other junk that they play at top volume? It's ridiculous! I don't know who (or what) they're trying to appeal to. But as long as Denny's wants to break the sound barrier with dreadfully loud music in their restaurants, then I'm done with Denny's and so is my family, coworkers and friends. Good riddance.

Recently ordered breakfast from them to take home and eat because I'm really not feeling well and trying to avoid interacting with a few people as possible so as to not spread it. Anyway, got the food delivered by Grubhub, which I will never do again, and it was missing the hot chocolate ordered for my little girl as well as the cream for my coffee, that I specifically ordered. I also ordered two sides of bacon and it came with one side of half cooked bacon and one side of half cooked sausage. The eggs were seriously over cooked and cold. The hashbrowns were undercooked and cold. My daughter got the pancakes, and she is an avid lover of pancakes, and they were disgusting, she said. The only edible parts of the meal were the buttermilk biscuits and the orange juice. When I complained through Grubhub, they had the gall to try and charge me for the additional items I did not receive, even though they weren't planning on bringing them out. I told them I'm not only not going to pay for something I already paid for, but I'm also not going to pay for items you have no plans on bringing out to me. They claimed the restaurant offered to refund me for the meal, but I have yet to see a single dime returned. I'm not typically one to complain about certain things, but this was the worst service I've ever received from not only Grubhub, but Denny's also. I used to really enjoy eating Denny's food, but I can't stomach it now if this is the crap they send out to people who do not dine inside the restaurant. Disgusting, absolutely disgusting. Will never eat there again.

Best Dennys out there

We took a chance and went to breakfast at a Dennys in Norton shores Michigan, and was very pleased with this location, fast very friendly service, the food was hot and prepared the way we ordered it.

Bad Food and Service!

Bad Food and Service!
It took forever for them to give us a table, they just kept ignoring us.
Finally we got a table, waitress took our order for drinks, coffee with cream and water No ice.
We got coffee, ICE Water, no sugar on table we used sugar from another table, no cream, no silverware we used the water straw to stir the coffee.
Any way She came back my daughter ordered steakhouse deluxe bowl and I ordered the prime rib Cobb salad.
Well she came back a little to fast with the order, guess what it was almost cold like they just put it to warm up and my "PRIME RIB" tasted awful! And smelled awful too.
I took me like 5 min. To get a hold of the waitress, no like they were busy they had only 3 tables with customers.
When I told her what happened and she didn't even offer an apology. I told her I didn't want the beef that tasted rotten and smelled awful and her answer was REALLY? They make everything fresh. FRESH! My beef was cold how it was it fresh.
She went back to the kitchen took the beef off and brought me th he same Salad and told me that she out a little more lettuce where the beef was. Also no avocado or the sticks the ones they put instead of croutons.
Any way when she gave me the ticket and I went to pay I was expecting that she take the charges of the beef, guess what nope! I had to pay the whole ticket when I ask her why she was charging me for the beef, she said, well my manager is not here and I can get in trouble if I don't charge you for it.
Come on! Who leaves a restaurant unsupervised a least they should have an assistant manager or some one that can take care of a situation like this.
Well I paid everything but for sure we are not coming back to this location ever!

By the way I didn't eat the Salad.
My Salad didn't had what is circuled and the second picture shows a big chunk of old lettuce.
And I tipped the waitress just because I felt sorry for her been there.
