Recently ordered breakfast from them to take home and eat because I'm really not feeling well and trying to avoid interacting with a few people as possible so as to not spread it. Anyway, got the food delivered by Grubhub, which I will never do again, and it was missing the hot chocolate ordered for my little girl as well as the cream for my coffee, that I specifically ordered. I also ordered two sides of bacon and it came with one side of half cooked bacon and one side of half cooked sausage. The eggs were seriously over cooked and cold. The hashbrowns were undercooked and cold. My daughter got the pancakes, and she is an avid lover of pancakes, and they were disgusting, she said. The only edible parts of the meal were the buttermilk biscuits and the orange juice. When I complained through Grubhub, they had the gall to try and charge me for the additional items I did not receive, even though they weren't planning on bringing them out. I told them I'm not only not going to pay for something I already paid for, but I'm also not going to pay for items you have no plans on bringing out to me. They claimed the restaurant offered to refund me for the meal, but I have yet to see a single dime returned. I'm not typically one to complain about certain things, but this was the worst service I've ever received from not only Grubhub, but Denny's also. I used to really enjoy eating Denny's food, but I can't stomach it now if this is the crap they send out to people who do not dine inside the restaurant. Disgusting, absolutely disgusting. Will never eat there again.

Wish I had read the reviews first and wish I hadn't given them chance after chance after chance. I always blame the restaurant, but now I'm starting to see a pattern with Grubhub. Several times I have waited hours for food to come, only to be told "the restaurant never saw the order come over", yet on the rare occasion I called the restaurant directly, they never received the order until after I placed a complaint with Grubhub. I've also had restaurants tell me they don't deliver to my area, to which I ask them, then go back to Grubhub, why are you only list of restaurants that deliver to my area? Never get a straight answer and have, a few times, been blamed saying I didn't put in my address first. They tell you anything they think you want to hear and today was the worst. Placed an order for breakfast to share with my daughter because I am actually too weak from being sick to be able to make breakfast. Ordered a coffee with cream and hot chocolate. They charged me for the hot chocolate and I never received it. Ordered two orders of bacon because my daughter loves bacon and only received one order that was half cooked. The eggs were over cooked and cold and the hashbrowns were half cooked and cold. The pancakes that I gave to my daughter were gross, according to her and she's an avid pancake eater, so I trust her opinion. When I reached out to Grubhub all they said was that the restaurant would offer me a refund for the meal, yet I didn't receive a refund for the meal, I received an additional charge for the missing items. They didn't seem to care that the food was only half cooked and cold by the time I received it either. The restaurant is literally right around the corner from me and had I just ordered it through the restaurant itself and gathered up the energy to go pick it up, it would've been correct and still quite warm by the time I got home with it. No excuse and they wanted to offer me $15 grubhub money so I can order my meal over again and wait another hour or two until i receive the half cooked, cold food that would likely be missing items again. The only edible part of the meal were the buttermilk buscuits. Pretty disappointing and I will NEVER use this company again. Eat24.com is much better, although, I think it would be cheaper to muster up the energy to cook myself or go get it myself. Screw these money hungry companies that say they are offering a service, when all they do is cause more trouble for the consumer.
