After a 2 hour wait and the pizza place saying the order was picked up 45 minutes before that (only 10 minutes away), realized the google site had been hacked for the pizza place and the owner had no idea or responsibility for delivery. Don't USE!
Order delivered, 50% wrong & no one will correct it
Order placed, half of Krispy Kreme order was wrong, delivery.com said they'd deliver the omitted portion in 90 minutes to the office I'd originally requested but they never showed up. This morning, I contacted the delivery driver & she gave my contact info to her boss & 8hrs later, no one has still contacted me! I have pics of original order & pics of what was delivered.

I ordered and paid using delivery.com. A driver from delivery.com delivered my food and the order was incorrect. A driver from delivery.com went to the restaurant ordered my food and paid with a delivery.com credit card and ordered my food incorrectly. We spent an hour and a half trying to get this corrected while the food that was delivered went cold and my family had to wait for dinner which I ended up ordering personally and going and picking up. Customer service refused to refund my money and provided very poor customer service. Delivery.com basically purchases food from restaurants and resells it at an up charge to those of us ordering through delivery.com. In addition to their fees. I won't be using their services again.
Advertised 15 min. Delivery and charged $3.00 more than slice.com. Took an hour and a half to get a pizza. Would've been ok they even made it within an hour but when I contacted delivery.com online chat I let them know I wasn't happy but would've been ok with just having the delivery fee refunded but nothing, they apologized and just asked if there was anything else I needed. Uber eats customer service is 10x better and I will stick with them from now on
I ordered food from a local Chinese restaurant at 7:22pm on 7/2/22 with an estimated delivery window of 8:07-8:22pm. I called the restaurant at about 8:23pm to see if the driver had picked anything up and apparently they just started making it. I called the Delivery.com phone number and spoke with multiple people who claimed they were trying to reach out to the driver, but never heard any confirmation that they replied. I finally received my food at 9:55pm (2.5 hours after I placed the order and 1.5 hours after the estimated delivery window.
I will NEVER use this service again.
I always use online to order food etc. Delivery.com is the worst of all They do not answer the phone, when they do they are nasty, have no idea what they are talking about. The employees are not trained, the managers are AWFUL
I put orders in, my order is confirmed and never arrives. When I contact the vendor the vendor does not have the order. It gets worse, delivery.com actually takes charges me. Delivery.com is not receptive to my inquiries they are just nasty. I have had to contact my credit card company many times to dispute the charges. Use seamless, grubhub, etc. anything other than delivery.com Save your money and time Use another platform that actual does the correct thing
I would give zero stars if I it was accepted. I ordered food through this app (which by the way, I was forced to use since I was redirect to it) that was originally supposed to take 35 minutes to get ready for pick up. Then it was changed to 45. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick my food up, the door was locked and one of the workers there mimed that he was having lunch. I contacted the app rep (Chris Zabi) and asked for a refund. He talked to me for 35 minutes but did not believe my words although I sent him screenshots of the progress of my food preparation, which was of course not completed after 80 minutes. He said that the restaurant has been open all day and my food was ready. I told him that I did not receive any notices that my food was ready to pick up either via text or email. And I just walked to the restaurant according to the estimated time for pick up. I got no refund.

I ordered lunch and it took 2 hours to provide me with a notification that it got delivered. However, food never got delivered. Called twice to find out where the order was and was given the run around. Called back to request a refund as food was NEVER delivered and again more of a run around. Run for the hills, use someone else. This is the second time using delivery.com and the first time was a horrible experience as well. Should have learned from my first experience but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
A follow up! The driver claimed he delivered/marked it on the site. When I called to tell them it was not and wanted confirmation of a refund I was told the manager/owner would call me back. To date - no phone call and no refund! Do not use!
DO NOT USE! Overcharge on restaurant prices plus delivery charge plus two tip charges. The order was scheduled for 1pm; it's 2:20 and still no order. I called to cancel and refund but claimed they couldn't/wouldn't. I'd rate lower than 1 star if possible.
This is the only service for delivery at a specific restaurant nearby. I expected delivery - hence the name? But I ended up having to pick it up myself. Why am I paying for a tip when I have to go get it myself? Never again.
The last two times I've ordered pickup through Delivery.com, their site said your order will be ready in about 15 minutes. Tonight, my order wasn't ready for 45 minutes. 30 minutes of standing around at the restaurant. So, tonight I decided to call the Delivery.com 800 number on the order confirmation. The service rep took my name and order number and said he'd call me back. That was 40 minutes ago. I know I'll never hear fom them.
I used my credit card on delivery.com. I didn't use my card anywhere else for the longest time before I used it on delivery.com. After 2 days of use. I started to see purchases on my card that was not authorized by me. I have no proof it was them. But I am avoid them from now on
Just don't use this delivery service, they treat the good employees wrong and the bad emplyees right, would not recommend!
P. S I was never an employee but I've seen first hand how they treat the bad employees.

I ordered food and ordered the wrong thing, I called the restaurant and placed a new order and paid for it. When I called Delivery.com to get a refund they said the would not refund my money bc the restaurant had already made the order. Also Delivery.com sites inputs your email name not your name from the order. First and last time. Thankful Fatty Daddy gave me a credit
I tried to order food from this website and the place I was ordering from had a section for salads and there was no section for salads. The person on the phone was being very difficult when I asked to place an order over the phone and she said that I had to make an account when I didn't want to make an account. This place is ridiculous do not waste your money!
We order a take out, the order was missing a wrap, I contacted tonino's which they did not honor the food, I tried contacting this people and no one answer, they charged us $77 for a $40 dollar order, do not use them.

I ordered food through delivery.com. Was told 60 to 75 minutes. After an hour I tracked my order thinking it was close. They said it would be another hour. I tried to cancel. They told me I couldn't. They won't refund my money or do anything in good faith.
I placed order for pick up from delivery.com picked up the food they gave me wrong order worth $110 I contacted delivery.com I didnt get my money they backed up the restaurant even after i submitted proof with pictures that's why they have such bad ratings
Answer: They are just incompetent and greedy. They are a company with bad people who can't find addresses, customer service guys who do not understand customer service and they depend on third parties to conduct their business.
