After enjoying the few-second pop up Chechqua tent, a rooftop tent would now be ideal - I see one by Decathlon in Austrailia, but none in Canada. Please bring us even a basic rooftop model that we can use! My few-second pop up is modified by many who make a DIY rooftop tent!
I was pleased to see that Decathalon had my size in swimsuits and ordered three items. They all showed up one size too small. I would not have ordered them if it was not possible to get them in my size.
I tried to return them and customer services sent me a form to complete to get a label printed by Canada Post. Rather than automatically put the various reference numbers in the correct form, I had to have three separate documents open on my mobile. It is not easy. Why can the reference codes not automatically be pulled from the system?
What a waste of time!
Worst the products and totally bad customer service I purchased this backpack in April 2022 in Bergerc France, after two trip, all the plastic hardware have broken, I contacted Decathlon, they basically told me if I purchased in store, I have to go there to exchange, but I live in USA, I don't speak French, Decathlon customer service won't even care...Don't purchase anything from them, you will regret their attitude afterwards.
I placed an order with them at the end of November. Now it is the end of December, not a blip from them and no goods received. No emails, no updates. Received a response once to say that "my order hasn't been picked yet" and that's all. Absolutely disgraceful. Stay away!
After hearing such great things about the trek 100 jacket, I ordered one. When I checked my email the order was cancelled without explanation. So if your goal is to be teased with a special price but not have the order completed, this is your store!
I received the Trek 100 down Jacket last weekend. It seemed to fight nice so I removed the tag from the inside of the jacket. Unfortunately when I tried to sit down wearing the jacket it was way to tight. I contacted Decathlon to see if I could exchange it but they said that they could not due to me having removed the tag. The fact that these jackets run small has been a known issue for years and they have made no effort to correct it. The reviews said to size up so I did and it was still to tight. I told them I have no other choice but to have the jacket measured by a tailor to see if their sizing was correct or if it is false advertising. I further stated I would be filing a complaint with the BBW and state attorney General. The sad thing is I love the jacket it looks really nice and appears to be really good quality. The tag appears to be bait as its not some little tag you can ignore its about 100 tiny tags in a little book all sewn to the side of the jacket so its not like you can wear it with out noticing the big not in your side.
It just making fool of the customers & doing fake promises for delivery.
Since yesterday, I had called many times for my product delivery but till now nothing has been done yet.
My suggestion to everyone do not to buy anything online from Decathlon

Company goes after people selling or using their products online and taking pictures and posting online while using their products you bought!
I bought an electric bicycle from Decathlon 11 months ago. After about six months, the battery stopped working. My husband and I tried to fix it ourselves but every morning, we would go to ride it and it wouldn't start. We took it into Decathlon to get it fixed and they gave it back to us 3 days later still not fixed. We then took it back again and so far the bike has gone back to Decathlon four times and they still haven't fixed it. They currently still have my bike and are not willing to give me any indication of when it will be fixed. Decathlon products are often good but the after sales service is absolutely dreadful. Be careful about buying something there that may have to be serviced.
I experienced a terrible service when i went to the Decathalon Kallang Outlet. A female staff was very helpful and rude. She gave an attitude when we just needed help. I understand everyone has problems in life but the least you can be is just nice.
I needed to replace my camping mattresses for a 2 week camping trip out east. There was low inventory at one store and buying online for store pick up not available. So I called end of day Friday to put 2 on hold for pick up at open of business Sunday morning. They agreed. Then I get a call to say they were selling them to someone else in the store. What is the purpose of putting things on hold? If you give your word to a client, and revoke it you are tragically damaging their trust in you. I would have paid for them over the phone, but it was presented to me as "too bad so sad".
Ordered online for over $700 of merchandise. After 1 month the package was still showing as not moving online.
Contacting the customer service by email was no clear answer. The status changed for delivered one day but no communication from Decathlon! My last email didn't ever get answered! After a call, the person told me they will take care of it and worst case they will refund me. I told them I didn't want that, I just want what I ordered. 1 day after no email, no call, and a refund!
Being from France I am used to pretty good customer service there. It seems that this part of the business didn't make it across the Atlantic! Don't order online, they don't know what they are doing and don't care about you! CEVA logistic, who is that?

The actual seen was that they have called me for interview at 7may and they have told me that solve your rental issues and after that you can join from Monday.
After sitting, they neglected me for 19 days and then yesterday they have told that see you in next opportunity.
Is this is wrong or right, a person came from more than 900 km to learn something from decathlon and paying rent around 15k just by trusted your employees suggested to stay nearby before hiring me.
This was my bad experience ever and I really hate decathlon from today onwards and also recommend other not to join decathlon.
No phone number that works with Decathlon Laval, nobody even bothers to answer a phone. Book online for bike repair shop button is disabled. Good luck with any return or repair as the service is virtual non-existing.
Awful service. People pretending to be sport experts, but are actually trained scammers that deceive beginners. Stay away from decathlon.
I got a badminton racket, product seem find until i used it and the metal broke right away.
Décathlon told me that i broke it playing and it's my fault. Plus the 30 day limit is past ( government shutdown in january, not able to play)

I purchased a shoes which was in 600 I was not expecting a good quality in this amount but seriously it's very comfortable & light weight also durable which we actually search in shoes. The image uploaded in that i am showing the sole which is having a good grip in rainy season. For less budget i will refer this to all.
