I was pleased to see that Decathalon had my size in swimsuits and ordered three items. They all showed up one size too small. I would not have ordered them if it was not possible to get them in my size.
I tried to return them and customer services sent me a form to complete to get a label printed by Canada Post. Rather than automatically put the various reference numbers in the correct form, I had to have three separate documents open on my mobile. It is not easy. Why can the reference codes not automatically be pulled from the system?
What a waste of time!
