Ordered from the Today Show Deals about 3 weeks ago and have attempted to contact Penguin Random House twice with no response.
I was hoping to receive these children's books by Christmas but they haven't even been sent yet.
GMA does their deals and I have had very good luck receiving the several items I have purchased so I'm not sure what the problem is,
Waiting another week and then I will dispute the charge.

I placed an order for a dual electric toothbrush and water Pik flosser on 10/22, not only did they debited the money from my account the same day i placed the order, but when i change my mind a few days later, and decided to attempt to get my money back, I send multiple emails to two different email treads, never heard back. I wanted to cancel my order, no response yet. Not even an knowlegement that my email was received or in queue. Nothing! It's going on three weeks next week. No response. Their are thieves and SCAMMERS! Never buying again from them EVER! Lesson learned! Matter facts, I cancelled my email subscription from them!

Be very careful. While various Hosts of this longtime TV show repeatedly PUSH for you to purchase their STEALS and DEALS items.there are NO RETURNS on them. Any issues with them...you are on your own. Trying to even TALK to some one? FORGET IT. BUT REMEMBER THE SHOW? THE MULTI MILLION DOLLAR SHOW... MAKES MONEY OFF OF OUR PURCHASES FROM THEM.NOT JUST THE ITEMS MANUFACTURERS. Yeah Savanah Guthrie writes books about GOD and FAITH and then contributes to financially SCREWING US tge VIEWERS.SHAME ON YOU NBC!

I paid for implants they got mad because the insurance company said they overcharged me 02/2022 old boy refused to even talk to me

My gripe is it takes forever to get items - I paid $15 for shipping and it's been three weeks and still not shipped? What I ordered for a trip - guess I'll be sailing away without my underwater! Beware very slow -

Attempted to purchase a mini bike, that didn't exist and they charged my Credit Card twice...
Turned out to be a Fraud...
BEWARE!

I thought the USB charger was really special from their description. Did not work. After contacting them several times, they sent me another. The same. This item has no brand name. There is no light indicating that it is charging or is charged. The instruction page is written in some form of English that I was not taught. I should have shopped at my corner DG.

I bought 4 tires today and expected the order was safe because it said PayPal merchant.
I received an order confirmation from the merchant but it was for the a completely different item "stripped underwear" I NEVER ORDERED THAT.
Also it was a recurring membership billed at $91 monthly. WTF YOU SCAMMERS

I have ordered a couple of times from Jill Steeles and deals. Both times I got defective merchandise. I tried to reach out to either get a return or exchange, and was given a notice that the today show does not back up any of their products, and you can get no refunds or exchanges. This was not expressed in any way on the show when the product was offered. This is definitely let the buyer beware because when you see it on TV it's good but they're getting rid of bad product.

Wish I would have read reviews before ordering. Placed order on April 13 and have been charged for purchase. Is now April 23 and have not had any further response from fraudster company. Crap!

They are stealing for sure! Bad products, No returnes! Scam! I guess no need to say more! Do not buy!

I purchased a stroller system in April for a shower gift. Thinking it might be a few days late. I had no idea it would arrive over 4 months later, the end of August. Their customer service is the worst. Stating the same crap as if it's from a recorded message. It's disappointing when you try to support "small businesses" just to end up stressed out. We thought my cousin would be able to look down from heaven to see his son in the stroller he wanted. And it was also the wrong color and the expecting mother was going through too much and had already received two other strollers. SHAME ON YOU!

I foolishly trusted that if items were showcased on the Today Show, they must be great. Wrong. The Aduro Tech wireless phone chargers were basically a piece of junk and the company confirmed via email that all of their sales are final. Customer satisfaction is NOT important to them. A total waste of money.
Will never order anything shown on the Today Show again. Lesson learned.

I purchase a massager from Steals & Deals back in June 2nd 2022 I was on vacation when the product arrive in my house I got back on July 8th 2022 I start to use the massager and with in a few days of use the battery die so I try to recharge it but it will not take any charge I contact Steals& Deals by email since they where the one I purchase the product from they email me back telling me that is been 30 days and there's nothing that they can do that I should contact the vendor myself and send me there email I fell like they are all talk on TV when they want to sell you something but when you need them they don't want to be bother and they want to pass the bucket now your on your own

I gave this a one star because there wasn't anything lower. I ordered a pair of shoes. These were barely better than poster board. They were advertised as having great arch support and have hardly any. Poor quality, don't buy these.

This website is a complete scam. We ordered sneakers for our handicap son, they never sent a confirmation but they did take the $ out of our account. Tried contacting them through email they provided and email was returned undeliverable. Stay away & beware this website is a complete scam!
