I love the competition and the price of bids versus products offered. I have won two jack type stools for my kitchen island, three ottoman, high end computer chair for my office, keyboard and Kamikoto knives for the kitchen just to name a few.
It has been a great auctions experience!
There was a time that DealDash was fun and exciting... but now it is just plain annoying and frustrating. I end up losing more and more money now - so once I run out of bids this time, I will no longer be wasting my time or money on DealDash. :(
Recently, I had guests at my beach house who marveled at all of the new decor and technology. I had to tell them all about DealDash! I ended up doing an hour long DealDash seminar for them, as they all wanted to jump online and begin winning auctions! I know 5 people who I will now be bidding against. Perhaps I should have kept the secret to myself?
Okay, So wow, DealDash originally gave back to me 500 bids that i had used originally but did not used them wisely. Then after i misused my 500 bids, purchased more bids and let my emotions get the best of me and did not bid wisely. So then i submit a support ticket and DealDash gives me a full refund for my $75.00 initiation bid pack that i purchased without me really asking for it. So wow, Thank you DealDash for still giving me the opportunity to get used to your website, i will purchase more bid packs after this review.
Customer service has been exceptional. If a mistake us made every effort is made to make it right. Any corrections made always favor the custimer. My emails are answered within minutes. I wish dealing with other bidders was as easy as dealing with custimer service.
It was my first time on deal dash and me not knowing what im doing I bought a bidding for $32. And another one for $36. How can I get my money back. I called 4 times and was sent to voicemail. Ugh Help please.
What a Rip Off!
I am talking about the android tablet I was bidding on. The way the advertising reads it sounds like you get a credit for the bids but you really don't. They add them onto the value of the product and then deduct them. The buy it now price was 189.00 (for this tablet I can bay anywhere for 79.00); I thought ok well 189.00 - 171.00 = 18.00. But no they put these bids back in my account and charge me. 60 each so I can waste more of my time trying to get overpriced items at a "deal". So I paid. 17 wehn I bought the bids and then charged another. 60 IF i wanted to do the Buy It offer.
I recently left a disappointing review for an instance when I received an empty box instead of the item I had won with the high bid, which happened to be very, very low. I was, and am, sure it was an oversight that happens occasionally and would have been more upset had it cost more to acquire. Nevertheless, I thought it appropriate to make it known that this had occurred. In a matter of just a few hours, I came across a reply that assured me a replacement item was being sent.
Deal Dash is a great auction as a beginner I have made a few mistakes. Each time I have contacted customer services, they got back with me in a very timely fashion and always answer my question very well this last time the mistake was mine due to I did not read the rules they explained the rules to me and gave me my bids back. They went above and beyond. Thanks so much deal dash one happy bibber! :) :)

I came across something online, about getting your initial bid package back if you didn't win anything... my initial bid package was purchased over 6 months ago. The customer service was fast and replaced all my bids- after 6 months. Very helpful, fast and kind.
I have won two tv's, a cannon camera, a microwave, a steam cleaning machine and other things. It is a good and honest auction. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to try their luck. The most important thing is play for FUN!

Has grate product really nice and you ca get it for very cheep here. They have a grate support team when I needed help with my delivery and other they helped me with everything and fist to. They were so nice when I had questions

I did have a garbage can that was dented and never bothered to call. Also had a knife set that only half arrived, never resolved. You need people that we can talk to
While checking out the website for DealDash, I inadvertently ended up making a purchase on my credit card. I really didn't know what I was doing and emailed their service department to request a refund. Within 2-3 days I received a positive response to my request and the refund. Thanks for your prompt service.
I am annoyed with myself for not having looked at these reveiews before buying the pack of bids for $36. After trying for a few items and not winning any, all I have to show for my efforts is a loss of $36! You will save more by being a smart shopper and buying what you want from a reputable merchant.
Be forewarned... you may not actually get the item you pay for when selecting the 'But It Now' option.
I was bidding on an Apple iPod Touch, 5th gen in blue but did not win. Decided with the number of bids I had invested that I would use the 'Buy It Now' option to get the bids back, save on taxes and shipping. Well, well... to my surprise I received an Apple gift card in the mail (does not state this is an option anywhere on the website) for a NANO and stated the card stated the taxes were covered. Now, I was skeptical on how the taxes would be covered if the value was $399. They were not. I ordered the item I thought I purchased online and paid an extra $35 in taxes. I should have just done this from the get go and would have saved myself the aggravation and rise in blood pressure.
I have no intention of using this website again. An old-fashioned bait & switch tactic.
I had, to me, a major concern about the site and found that I just did not understand how it worked (I'm old, pre-computer sort of). They took great care in explaining everything to me in a very timely fashion in a way that I could understand, letting me know that they really do care about customer service.

I need to learn to be better new to Deal Dash. It's different from other sites that leave u hanging. They r helpful and friendly. Nice things to bid on Other sites don't try to giving a chance to get a few free bids. They have a better customer service. Better chances to win
Deal Dash is a great way to pick good products. Over the years I have won a number of different actions. I even won a Bike. There are a number of ways to win free bids. Just logging in each day and placing a bid will earn you bids. If you give a review you earn bids. There is a timer at the bottom which keeps track how long you are in first place and when the bar is full you earn bids. You can also exchange items you have won for bids. Best Action site I have seen online
