This hosting provider supports websites that post child porn and CSAM, revenge porn, blackmail, and other content that violates local, international, and Russian laws, as well as their Acceptable Use Policy. I have submitted multiple reports to their abuse department, info department, and messaged them in live chat, but I have received no response or confirmation that actions were being taken against this horrible company. This hosting provider ignores emails from international law enforcement regarding the legality of their customers and the nature of illegal content. I have submitted over 4 abuse reports spaced weeks apart but never received any sort of response and the websites are still up and functional. Ddos, if you are reading this, please prove this review and the thousands of angry customers wrong by responding to abuse emails!
They support the scam website faplex.to that publishes copyrighted videos bought with stolen credit cards details.
DDoS-Guard have been informed about this with numerous emails and detailed explanations and documents and contracts for the videos, but they never reply.
Like many others, I wrote both to abuse@ ddos-guard.net and from their online form at ddos-guard.net/en/abuse about two pages in a website they host that are both a matter of copyright infringement (because they display videos that I created) and privacy (because I appear in said videos).
DDoS-Guard don't reply, don't act...they don't even send you an automated message telling you they're taking care of the matter and giving you a ticket number. It's worse than that: they themselves know that emails received at those contacts are treated like trash by DDoS-Guard, as the agents in the live chat, even after many days, tell you that their best recommendation is to just write to abuse@ ddos-guard.net over and over again, completely disregarding your past reports.
UPDATE - 2 August 2024
So, immediately after my justifiably negative review, the only "update" I got was them blocking my IP and the domain of my emails (it's a personal domain), so as not to be "bothered" anymore with notifications of criminal activity in their websites.
What I find even less professional was that they blocked my IP from accessing the infringing site, in a really childish and laughable attempt to make me think that they took down the whole site and that the issue was over.
The Company is working with the Russian Propaganda Site RT. They say that they stay out of politics but complacency is no excuse. The Nuremburg trails taught us this. Put pressure on companies that are complacent by choosing who you deal with wisely. The world must work together to increase pressure on those in the invasion and those associated with it.
This company is illegally protecting altaway. Xyz which is attacking a game server i have been playing on for years. I rate this company bad for allowing illegal hosting and not helping to shut it down.

STAY CLEAR FROM DDOS-GUARD.
On 9/10/2020 I purchased Layer 7 DDoS protection in hopes that they would be able to solve my DDoS issues that I had been having.
After a week of continuous DDoS attacks, even denial from their staff that the malicious traffic is even reaching my server, and refusing to refund me for their lack of ddos protection, I have migrated to sonicfast.io and no longer face any issues.
In summary, DDOS-Guard is a rip off and will not protect you when you get attacked. An utter rip off of my money.

If the recent news involving this company and Parler APP (the alt-right app involved in the assault on the US Capitol) isn't enough for you to stay away, get ready to be ripped off if anything goes wrong.
As a former customer of their services for 6 months, things went ok until I started getting DDOS heavily with a UDP and slowris HTTP flood attack this January (2021). Well, while we were severely impacted, their support just insisted on claiming that everything was fine... We were forced to switch to another company as our project become inoperational as it was going down every 50 minutes! Our billing period for that month started on the 27th of January, and while the issues were reported on the 28th, they still refused a partial refund, continuing to claim that there were no attacks and it was my fault we had to switch to a new hosting provider. When confronted with some facts, they starting spitting out some nonsense that their UDP DDoS protection only covers two ports and their L7 protection has some technical factors limiting their protection. So not only do not expect any kind of useful support if anything goes wrong, expect people dealing in bad faith, attempting to stall as long as possible, and trying to rip-off their customers, while violating their own TOS's.
