I love Daz Studio the originals are the best, can't handle iray shaders, and wish creators would think of the little ones who don't have or want Iray shaders, some of your creators, your artists do provide us both Daz Studio and Iray which is great because we can still create beautiful renders. Thank you to the artists that still care to love Daz Studio shaders
Wow: together with your DAZSAVINGZ Coupon, my new US$42 (CDN$54) DAZ+ Annual Membership just paid for itself several times over with my first order (since 30Dec2020). Thank you! I'll be back for more (I saved up for it).
I'm baa-ack... missed you! Carefully browsing the Store all week to bring me up to date, then buy some artwork: it's simply +Magnificent+ BTW, imFr3D... found my doppelganger too, ha-ha: Fred 8.1.
Over the years, Daz has weathered the same challenges as any company with e-commerce, and given that as a primary outlet, maintained a good, usable format that represents the product very well.
The shopping cart gets very slow when you add a lot of items to it. The cart, the confirmation page, everything, gets... very... slow. I feel like there's an N+1 query in there, or something.
It's easy to navigate the site and find what i am looking for. I would like a feature that allows to see only the 'wishlisted' products during sales
I've been using Daz items since the days of Poser 4, more than 15 years ago. The innovation and improvements upon the items and the software, including Daz Studio, never ceases to amaze me.
Pretty easy. I found a couple of things that I wanted to try. The site, as always offers so many tings to choose from. Pretty easy to navigate, filter and buy.
Thank you SO VERY MUCH! I really, REALLY appreciate the free content you messaged the $100 code for. The graphic designer I had just walked out, leaving me with active projects that I wasn't sure how to tackle. Now, I have what I need, just in time. Thank you, Daz, for being my Deus Ex Machina.^___^
Your website sucks on mobile devices. I keep tapping and tapping on links and either it just doesn't register or registers on something that wants keyboard input.
When you have a lot of items in your cart, and you want to remove one, it can take upwards of two minutes to delete. It's a minor thing, but a real one.
Over the course of a few days I put together multiple orders with the intention of getting them optimized for a significant purchase. But between flash sales and changes of time, I kept having final totals radically shift until finally I would dump the cart and start over. I spent significantly more than I wanted to today and didn't get anywhere near what I hoped, but there's no way to plan for a better sale later.
This happens more and more often. It's disheartening.
I'm having a nice experience, I wish there was a request's
Area. So you could have stuff made by the people at Daz3d.
But overall i'm having a nice time.
For me as a web designer it is horrible to see how bad the pages at DAZ work. It is unbelievable, that neither the shop sides nor the gallery sides work properly.
This company stole my credit card number and made a unauthorized $4.50 charge. Reported them to the Fraud Department of my credit card company. This company hopefully will soon be shut down...
Amazing service, I'm so glad for the help they give every time I open a ticket or ask a refund or ask for help, they are always amazing and show their support and trust on the customer. Thank you
The promotion in newsettler applied only to a specific subset of DAZ3D originals but the link in the newsletter connected to that promotion dumped me into an overall list and it took me time to filter out which items were elegible and which were not.
My main complaint is that the price of textures poses, expressions, and hair cost is expensive and often requires buying two versions of the same thing (male and female).
Its good, but the overall structure of dividing assets, poses, etc by figures is heavy on the wallet. Some materials cost as much as the models themselves, which makes no sense to me.
I love shopping here! I know when I buy a product that it will work. I'm hoping this one will, it's a gamble whether I can figure it out, but I need to try!
Easy to operate than "poser". I'm happy to be able to do what I wanted to do. However, I'm not good at English, so it would be better if I had a "Japanese manual".
I love that Daz Studio is free to use. Been using the software for yrs and love the products at Daz. Although I'd love to see more fairy clothes and wings.
Answer: You get 3 free transfers then there is a cost to upgrade to unlimited. I found a much better program FaceGen Artist Pro. It's pricey at $139 but gives much better results than the built in face transfer.
Answer: Daz has a free transfer program on their website for blender, maya and many more. Works good!
Answer: No, Daz Studio does animation. You will render your animation series.
Answer: Daz3D will not read those files, as they are just text. However, the files can be "rendered" as an image, for use within Daz3D. Or, if you are asking about the other side of things, Daz3D can render images or video, which can be used along with your presentations. Both of those formats you mention, do not normally include "video formats". Neither of them are "image formats". PDF is just a text layout format for printing pages. MS-Word is just a text-formatting program, for use with printing too, for direct display in MS-Word, or on printed paper. However, it can export in other formats. (Not to be confused with "Word pad".) If you can put the words on an image, in any form, they can be used within Daz3D, for display. However, Daz does not have any form of "text-rendering code", to convert text into 3D objects.
Answer: When you register with the website, you will be given a code that is entered for you. If that fails, for whatever reason, you can go to your profile page and locate all "license codes", used to activate all the free items which may need them. (Or the paid programs, if you buy them.)
Daz3D has a rating of 3.6 stars from 1,447 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally satisfied with their purchases. Reviewers satisfied with Daz3D most frequently mention good experience, customer service and high quality. Daz3D ranks 2nd among Graphic Design sites.
I can assure you that we didn't steal your credit card number. If however, someone stole your number and made a purchase from our store, I hope everything got resolved (and hopefully they didn't make any purchases anywhere else.) Sadly, it's not uncommon if a person steals a credit card number that they will go to an online store to "test" it and make sure it is still active before trying other, bigger purchases elsewhere. Again, I hope this got resolved for you. If however, you are a customer of ours, and are saying that there was a purchase for an item or in an amount that you did not agree with, I would expect our team to immediately reverse the charge and get you your money back as soon as you open a support ticket to let us know. We have been doing business online for over 15 years, and sell through literally millions of online transactions, so I can assure you that stealing credit card numbers is not a part of our business practice.
