I put in an order and the conformation emails said would be 30 days. I just waited and in 6 weeks that beauty showed up. I paid for an assembled upper and upon checking, some of the bolts and nuts were loose, but i just rechecked all specs. Great product

I've ordered parts and uppers, and received all my orders. They forgot to send a backplate for a buffer tube, and they would have sent one to me, but I just ordered one because I didn't want the stock one. The parts you get are not high quality and it can take about a month to get uppers. But other parts, they ship within a week I noticed. If you are trying to get a cheap range toy, or into customizing, it is not a bad place to start. When other places where out of stock, I used Davidson Defense as my secret spot to pick up parts. My purchased uppers have shot very well, and no serious problems. Perhaps a casing not getting ejected here and there, but that would be 1 of 250 rounds. Just have patience if you order from them.

I bought a lower parts kit, buffer tube and butt stock. No complaints. Then ordered a Handgaurd, aero charging handle and 7.62 30 round mag for 75$ and those were in my hands 3 days later.
The other order took awhile after the holidays. I called once and followed the prompts and got ahold of a rep quick. Now he did try and answer all my questions wich took a bit but he did. Yeh the warranty sucks but know what your buying and do your homework. They pay for shipping back if the part doesn't function correctly.

I have purchased from them several times. I have no complaints. Everything I have ordered has been delivered in expected time frame and products were of good to excellent quality.

Here is another website that sells items they don't have in stock. After placing my order I received an email next day stating the item I ordered was not in stock and will take up to 10 days for them to receive, HOPEFULLY. The item was clearly marked as "in stock" and what bothers me is it still says in stock as I type this even though they should be aware that it is not. Why don't they update the status? Doesn't make me feel like I can trust the site... What if I ordered something then after i received it, I send them a message saying the funds i paid with will not be available for up to 10 days, maybe. You think that would be okay?

Placed order 10/25/20, immediately recieved confirmation, after several weeks I attempted to call to no avail as the automated service stated there are no reps available and hangs up, doesn't matter time of day. Sent multiple emails and received auto reply emails saying it's under review by staff but again no further response. At this point I've decided it is a fraudulent company and will contact the bank to dispute charges. Good luck if your willing.

I bought stuff from Davidson Defense and it's not the first time! I'm a customer since 2018!
I always encountered good customer service until recently meaning yesterday and today!
They lost my shipment and stand firm unwilling to make an effort to call USPS check for a possible error in them typing the address wrong on the shipping label or something! Nothing! Nada! The young lady there wouldn't want to lift a finger to try to help! I asked to speak to her manager because she is obviously overloaded with anti-customer service qualities! She thought she was smart with her single digits IQ of hers and put me on a long hold until I gave up and hung up the call! Steer away from Idiots! I found one!

Ordered a serialized lower on 3 March, tracking process in their facility is severally flawed. Customer service folks don't know status, FFL manager lost track of lower that I ordered that needed a part to complete kit. After 5 calls and getting the run around and excuses. Lower was found, put together and I received a tracking # on 26 April, waited a week no updates, called and the said USPC picked it up, and should call Route, called Route and USPS, that didn't have it nor had a status, called back to Davidson Defense and they discovered that it never left their facility sat there from 26 April to 3 May. Was offered 5% off next order...don't think I'll be ordering again, good news lower is in transit FINALLY.

Fails to respond to calls, emails and tickets. Order was lost and took them 2 months to figure it out and the entire time, made it seem like I was trying to pull one over on them.

A few months ago, I did a Review on Davidson Defense. Now I am here to follow-up with a "not so positive" Review. Their Customer Service is absolutely horrific! They WILL NOT return phone calls, Voicemails, or emails (even though they state that they will). I have had several issues to go on and I have tried to contact them via both phone and emails ad nauseam. Mistakes can happen; that's not my issue. The problem is that they (again) WILL NOT COMMUNICATE. It's unreal! This last time was the "Straw." Only after I mentioned a contact with the State of Utah's Consumer Protection Agency did I ever get a reply from them. Oh, and they never will give the contact info of the President or CEO of DD. I have asked repeatedly with NO response. MY $1K per month is going elsewhere because they don't appreciate it here eat Davidson Defense.

I bought an upper awhile BCM ms have two notes.
1. Judging from the comments, most of you are spoiled by Amazon and not used to current shipping times. I know thier service sucks; but man y'all are impatient.
2. This company sells made in chYna garbage. Anyone saying their food is either paid or doesn't know $#*! about AR's, or poor.

Need I say more. Absolute garbage upper receivers, bolt carriers, barrels nothing fits at all if I could make them fit scared the crap would blow up in my hands. DO NOT BUY HERE. Wanted to leave a negative 5 star but unable

Ordered 2 parts that were the same but from their listing were from different Mfg. 1 cheap and 1 expensive, this was done in order to make a true comparison between the parts and Mfg. Items came in, both in same bag with no identification, called them just to have them tell me they were exactly the same part from the exact same bin. No different just twice the price. Their explanation, "That happens", end of story. I know assume that all they sell are cheap parts. Not what I want for gun parts, too easy to get hurt. I also had experience in another area of their customer service and they are a bunch of smart-asses.

I should've read the reviews before I purchased, but was in a tight spot and did it anyways. DD sent the wrong upper, not even the same caliber, or finish. Just grabbed something off the shelf and shipped it. It came assembled, ordered unassembled. You wouldn't think thats a big deal, but if you can't put the right item in box to ship how can I expect the upper to be assembled properly. I guess you get what you pay for. Still no excuse for someone claiming to be American. Davidson Defense you know you can do better

I bought a 9mm upper assembly which took several weeks to arrive and when it did show up they sent the wrong muzzle device. I needed a 1/2-36 and they sent a 5/8 24. I sent them numerous emails stating the problem. They don't respond and I tried several phone calls but they don't answer the phone either. It's been several months and have gotten nowhere with them. I'm writing off the loss and will do everything I can to steer people away from them. I even sent an email to Delta trying to get some service. No good with them either. I ordered a upper assembly from Bear Creek since my disaster with Davidson and was very pleased.

Have ordered several times and every time prompt service within a few days the item is assembled and shipped. The product has came in every time shipped carefully and not a single scratch for three uppers so far,
