They take your money and don't deliver what's agreed. They are in bad faith... in short if you do not want to waste your time and your money... flee flee flee! They are scammers

It appears that the postings here are just made by one person who either doesn't like them or they are the competition. There seems to be a lot of competitors blacklisting them.
