This company has horrible customer service. I ordered my wedding favors from them and after a mix-up with the address, I still hadn't received the favors two weeks after the wedding. I could excuse them and maybe take some of the blame on the address issue. But, I've emailed them multiple times asking for a ship date or tracking number with no relevant response. They answer emails 24-48 hours after you send them, even though they claim to have 24/7 service, and then don't answer the question you asked. They hide behind their legal disclaimer and don't have a phone number for support. Stay away from this company. As you can see, they've attacked the reviewer above me who had a very similar experience. Perhaps, if they spent less time trolling the web for negative references and spent more time on process and control, they would have a more happy customer base.

Im so glad I found Da Sweet Zpot! Ive been planning my wife's birthday for months now, but I couldnt find that one thing to tie everything in together. The things to tie it together turned out to be some Baja Chipotle BBQ sauce and Cherry Lime sweet tea! They really just brought together the entrees and everyone enjoyed the favors. Theres almost infinite customization, and the customer service is truly brilliant and was extremely helpful in choosing my favors.

We were trying to get some custom wedding favors, and just trying to order samples was confusing, eventually after i managed to figure it out they stopped responding to my emails and as far as i know took my money and never sent me anything.

Edit: they finally responded to my email saying they shipped my order on 5/25. I paid for my samples on 5/8 and didn't hear from them until 5/29 about the status (and only after multiple requests for information) if you are in a hurry and/or like to know whats going on with your orders, avoid this company.

Edit: 6/14/12 i had initially accidently posted this review under dasweetzpot.ecrater.com which dasweetzpot.com claims is not affiliated with them, so to clarify i am posting it under dasweetzpot.com which is where i ordered from. They also claimed my complaint was fictional, which was somewhat insulting, especially considering that i still havent received my order from over a month ago.

I had to plan my sister's baby shower and I didn't have a clue what to do for gifts and favors. Then a friend suggested Da Sweet Zpot. They were really patient and helpful in helping me to decide on what favors to use. We ended up deciding on the Extras Are Fun! Baby Pacifiers and some BaByQ hot sauce favors! They were really a hit and I would definitely recommend any of their adorable products.

Planning a wedding is exhausting and I wanted to give out something fun as a party favor. I looked around the web at things I thought might be good, but I didn't find anything I really liked. One of my bridesmaids suggested that I take a look at DaSweetZpot to create something unique I could give out to my guests. Since it was a southern wedding, I decided to design my own honey flavor. It was so much fun customizing the flavor and I think my guests really enjoyed it. The customer service is great at DaSweetZpot and I can't help but recommend this awesome company!

Perfect in every way! I shopped around (a lot) and could not find anything unique for our wedding and was running out of time. With 3 weeks to go, I found this site and I got exactly what I wanted. The DA SWEET ZPOT helped me design a hot sauce favor to match our wedding invitation. Victoria (the favour designer) was a delight to work with, and extremely patient as I kept changing my mind LOL! She had lots of great idear, and sent me several design options to choose from. The favors arrived with plenty of time. This was great service all around, and I will for sure use them in the future! Price is right, service is great, and they are truly one of a kind, my guests loved the favors!

Stay away! I made a payment/order (Transaction ID: *******V*******) on their (user-unfriendly) website and was then sent back and fourth through various email responses (all very un-helpful) only to be presented with a price 6 times higher than the original price paid. When I complained and asked for my money back I was told the confusion occurred because I didn't place the order correctly!?! (Apparently the customer is always wrong). I have since asked for a refund and even though they have said yes, NOTHING has even been put back in my paypal account! Clearly a SCAM website.

Great response Victoria! This is truly hilarious! But more than anything I'm just pleased to see that at least someone is responding to DaSweetZpot customers – unfortunately we are forced to write negative reviews of your "company" in order to get your attention though.

Unfortunately though Victoria, your response contains nothing but complete lies - proving just how bad the DaSweetZpot's customer service is. I'm just pleased people can see this for themselves.

Firstly Victoria, you are saying that I, by some means of a brain fart, stated that my home address was in New York, not Tokyo, Japan?! And why would I do that? I have never lived in New York. I even have the original email showing that I stated that my address is in Tokyo. If your poor excuse of a website-form somehow convinced you that I live in New York then you guys need more help than I initially realized. Considering your inattentive and dismissive response here I imagine that you also developed the DaSweetZpot website too. Great job!

I have no idea where you got that from Victoria, but don't worry we'll let it slide because since my initial review was from A YEAR AGO we'll just assume that you've been on hardcore drugs in the meantime and somehow dreamed that this was a request that I made.

"The language barrier resulted in several emails." - I'm British English so I can only assume that if there was any misunderstanding due to the English language then it was on your side. Nice try though. You guys will really go to any depths won't you?!

All I can say is good luck with your company, honestly! Most would assume that selling bottled sauces from a website couldn't possibly result in such a shoddy service and so many distressed customers! But you achieved it! Congratulations. Truly!

On June 17,2013, Christian Barnes placed an order with us for a set of jam favors and paid $28 plus S&H. Mr. Barnes followed up his order with an email requesting that the favors be shipped Overnight Express to Tokyo, Japan. Our Customer Service team sent Mr. Barnes an email explaining that the S&H he paid when placing his order was calculated on the address he provided (New York), not Tokyo, Japan. Furthermore, he was now requesting favors to be shipped Overnight Express, a service that is considered premium. We offered to send a PayPal invoice for the upgrade shipping (hence the "6 times higher" statement he makes reference to in his review) at which time Mr Barnes complained that he had already paid shipping and wanted the favors shipped without having to spend on shipping upgrade. The language barrier resulted in several emails. The transaction was ultimately cancelled upon Mr. Barnes' request, and a refund was processed via PayPal. Stating that "Nothing has been put back in my paypal account" is false, anyone who uses PayPal understands how the service works, and how easy it is to open a claim and get their purchase money back. Mr Barnes never opened a claim, since Accounts Payable processed his refund on June 29,2013 - We respect Mr. Barnes freedom to write a review, but we also feel we have the right to provide our version of what transpired with this transaction. Thank you.

I found the site very helpful. I have no words left to comment on their customer service. They replied to my tons of questions and i got all the answers soon. I would refer anyone looking forward for jams/custom jams. They really understand you taste.

I was so delighted with the favors! I was hesitant about placing my order because of the feedback I read here, but they had these unique favors that I liked very much and couldn't find anywhere else. I rolled the dice and placed my order and I am so happy with the favors! Their website was easy to navigate, I placed my order for the love potion favors, I was contacted within a few hours by a designer who sent me the label design for my review, I loved it! I approved my label, and in 2 weeks I had my favors... no hassle, great customer service, they replied to all my emails, and the favors came wrapped in beautiful tissue paper, bubble wrap and in sturdy boxes, nothing was damaged, everything was taken care of exactly as advertised and promised. The favors were delicious! My guests were all talking about the unique favor, which was this vintage pharmaceutical looking bottle with designer drink mix, i could not have purchased this anywhere else, and their prices are absolutely realistic! Word to the wise? Some of the people that come to this site and leave negative feedback simply lack the skills to communicate or are freaks, or competitors, and it might scare people away from great services/products. Everyone has their own experiences, who knows what these people did or thought they were getting? I've had this happen two times before with different companies. You should do your own homework. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your party favors, and feel bad that some freak left them bad comments. PARTY HARD ALL THE TIME!

FOLLOWING UP: I just got the photos back from our wedding and the blue Love Potion looks so elegant, matching all the blues we had at the party! Id been planning my wedding for the longest time and had limited budget, so i was ecstatic to find the favors that I could afford and looked so elegant, my bridesmaid where so in love with them, i know they will be coming to order their bridal showers and wedding favors from your company! Thank you so much again and thank you to the designer who worked with me! Thank you!
