After not receiving all of the items that I ordered I tried to contact DA Cardworld.com. They apparently have no actual Customer Service Department, as after several days Dave himself of Dave, and Adams contacted my, and claimed that he would look at footage of my order being packed. Then he told me three days later that I got everything, and that there would be no refund or further shipment forthcoming. After I told him that I was going to the BBB with my complaint he sent out a replacement at the last minute, but it was the wrong item, and seemed to have been purposely damaged before shipping. So now I have 2 "1996 Collector"s Choice Upper Deck 40 Pack Retail Box"es. One in perfect condition the other completely smooshed up!
