I honestly hate having to seek out a way to post something negative, but this has been one INCREDIBLE hassle. We had a custom designed ring done for my which I should have said hmmmm as the website says "no returns on custom jewelry". All the reviews I saw online were great, but NOT custom.

Long story short we sent the ring back THREE TIMES before they finally got the stones lined up right etc. Then, about a month ago the middle stone CRACKED. They stand behind the stones but I clearly described to the operator AND put a note in the box of the troubles we had. STILL, we got the ring back and, you guessed it, the stone was CROOKED AGAIN. I'm so frustrated I don't even want to send it back this time. I'll freakin' sell it on Ebay and have it done somewhere else.
