False Advertising: Paid £50 extra for next-day delivery — advertised clearly on your website. Placed my order on July 31st after 2PM, yet you still claimed dispatch would be next day. That's misleading.
Delayed Without Warning: Received an email on August 1st saying dispatch would be delayed by THREE days, with no prior notice. New estimated delivery is August 5th — completely unacceptable.
Critical Impact on My Work: This delay has directly affected my professional workflow. I purchased this extremely high-end RTX 5090 tower for urgent AI-based tasks. Your failure to deliver on time has caused major setbacks.
No Accountability or Support: Called customer service, and all I got was a robotic "we can't do anything." No solution, no sense of urgency. It's as if my time, money, and stress mean nothing to your team.
You Took My Money Fast, But Can't Deliver Fast: I paid over £3,600, paid extra for fast shipping, and yet — you completely failed to deliver even basic customer service.
Zero Compensation Offered: No partial refund for the express shipping, no voucher, no goodwill gesture — nothing. Not even a sincere apology.
Don't Promise What You Can't Fulfil: If you can't stick to your own "next day" promise, don't advertise it. This is borderline fraud.
I Will Never Buy From You Again — and I will make sure others hear this experience.

£4000 PC full of problems. Lately they sent me a replacement RTX 4090 and surprisingly it was used! When I asked why they told me "it's in our terms to use used or refurbished parts". Now I am just wondering if any part of the PC is brand new

Nightmare experience, nightmare PC

I've bought two pcs from Cyberpower UK and both have worked absolutely great,staff are super helpful and friendly and are always happy to assist with any queries or issues you may have,100% recommend

They take your money no problem but then what turns up isn't what is expected. This is because their website isn't clear and they could help this by being transparent about what is actually included and if extras are being shown in every picture you should get the option to add these otherwise like me people will end up losing their hard earned savings getting something that isn't what they want and then like me you're stuck with. Customer service people need training in understanding of how tough it is in life for some people to be able to get these things as they think it's funny that I'm left with something I didn't want but saved years to get. Disgusted in them in every way.
